If you need assistance with purchasing furniture, Damein Williams is your go to person. His witty personality was radiant when we walked through the door. He went over and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase. I would definitely work with him again for future purchases! Rated 4 stars because it would be great if the company offered a protection plan like at the stores.

Have not purchased yet, however, Mahesh greeted us at the door and was not pushy at all. Gave me the information I needed and was very helpful. He may not know it yet, but he's already made the sale! ***UPDATE **** Just went back and made my purchase with Mahesh, he made my entire experience extremely quick and easy! I was in and out with my truck loaded in less than an hour. I had already done my homework with him a few weeks ago, which he was very thorough in explaining what would be needed to put my room together. Very happy with my experience!

My wife and I came in to the show room looking for one specific piece of furniture. We don't like salesy type employees, so although one of the employees greeted us upon our entry, we thanked them but continued our search on our own. As we walked through the show room, we found the coffee buffet we originally came in for within a few minutes. We walked back to the front where a group of employees stood. The one who greeted us first was no longer there. We shared with the guys standing around that someone greeted us, but no one has helped us yet and we had questions. Vaun was available, helpful and super personable. We came, we found, and we conquered! We were able to negotiate the piece we really wanted without the pressure of the type of sales people we try to avoid. We'll be back and we'll ask for Vaun!

I went in looking for a rug. Found one but I couldn’t locate a sales rep! I mean, at all. So I walked around - looked at a few more things and still nobody. So we left. It wasn’t that their merchandise wasn’t good- it’s that I couldn’t find anybody to help me purchase it!

JC was very helpful and patient. I appreciated that he wasn’t pushy and gave us plenty of time to look around and make a final decision on our purchase. He was also clear about what sales were available and was willing to work on pricing for accent furniture. This place has great deals and we were fortunate to have next day delivery available to us.

The employees are liars, unprofessional and rude, especially over the phone. I purchased a piece of furniture through Acceptance Now and was told that my monthly payments plus my down payment would cover the total amount i owed in 90 days. That was a huge lie! I called customer service to get more information and told them what I was told at the store was completely different. The customer service representative caught an attitude and hung up the phone. Now I’m being charged for double what I purchased my mattress for, which is a ridiculous amount. I could have gotten better quality somewhere else for what I will end up paying. Do not recommend this place at all, I will never purchase from here again. One star is too much for this place.

When i walking in and i saw Jimmy i was so glad he was working, i look around in the store for a while and i found a VERY NICE CONSOLE for a INCREDIBLE PRICE and of course Jimmy was the first one to ask me if I needed any help and i said yes, you are the one who sold me a few years ago my living room set. Reason why I remember him, he is a very nice and polite salesman, don’t make you feel any pressure, answer all your questions and he owns dogs like i do!

Honest&true: they have a pretty decent selection of items. The prices are not that much better than the original price unless their having some sort of sale/discount. Prices are not better than underpriced furniture. The salesman who assisted us Steven Hall made our experience uncomfortable.treated us as if he didnt care to be there. His attitude was extremely dry and he was not approachable and did not try to be friendly. Probably wont go back any time soon.

My visit to the Rooms To Go Outlet was great! Jimmy our salesman was absolutely phenomenal, not if but when we come back we will be asking for him for all our needs. Would recommend the outlet and Jimmy to anyone!

Definitely recommend this Rooms to Go Outlet. Very good customer service! I was helped by an associate named Sheldon, who made sure all of my questions were answered, and made the purchasing process very easy for this first time furniture buyer!

The selection is amazing, If you are really looking for a good iteam i would recommend calling and finding out when the truck arrives so you can have first pick.

I usually go there and everything that I like is SOLD. But if you are looking for variety you can find here.

But know some of the things have scratches and such, I guess that's why its affordable, but some of the stuff are brand new from the box. So you and your luck.

I walked the entire store I saw two people, one moving furniture, and one sales person say hello, but never ask me if I needed help. They other ones at the front counter never spoke or ask if I needed help either. Bad customer service

Sheldon was awesome. He took his time with us, showed us mattress after mattress until we made a decision. Highly recommend the store. If you can get Sheldon to help you, huge plus.
