Jimmy Oliver was awesome and very patient! He helped us get a kitchen table, chairs, recliner and a rug without any pressure whatsoever! He was very kind and helpful and answered all of our questions!

Steve greeted and helped me with my purchase. I bought a bed set and it was delivered the next day. The movers had everything put together and moved in less than 30 mins.

The people who walked in before me and after me were greeted by sales reps. No one ever asked if they could help me, I had to ask the ladies behind the counter to call a sales rep for me. The really sad part is a group of sales reps saw me come in and continued to converse with one another.

Jimmy was great, helped me find everything for my first place, great items! Everything was great nothing to complain, my mother & I were extremely happy, thank you so much Jimmy! If you need someone to help you out here Jimmy is the person for you!

This is my second Saturday in a row visiting the outlet store off of Jimmy Carter. As soon I hit the door Sheldon (sales associate) puts a smile on my face. He literally walks around with us (my family) and helps us pick out the perfect items and furniture for our home. I highly recommended this location and please ask for Sheldon he's the best!

Seemingly good prices and employees are nice. The furniture loading process is a complete circus. People showing up in a small sedan to move a dining room table.unbelievable.

I guess my expectations were too high for this place. It is an outlet store but some of the prices were way too high for the amount of damage some of these items had.

You have to spend some time looking around, and not care about a couple of scratches. But the customer service is great, and everything we have bought from there has been great quality.

Found some great affordable pieces and an awesome sales person. Arlene Foresythe made buying furniture a pleasure. She was very very professional and knowledge. I was undecided, there was no pressure but she made sure to give me all the info and helped me to achieve my vision. I thought I was being overbearing but she had the patience of a lamb and in the end I got some really nice pieces, and my place looks fab. Go see her when you go there. You’ll share your experience too. Trust me!
