Saw a particular table that was on the website and showing available at the store. I even called before I arrived to make sure they had it in stock. When I didn’t see it on the sales floor I asked an associate and they informed me that everything they had out was it.
I was so disappointed until Jimmy walked up to me and was able to assist me further. He went over and beyond to go and look for the table in the back and luckily was able to find it right away. He was able to get me in and out within 20 mins.
This was the best price I’ve seen with this style of table.

Luz has the worst attitude I have ever seen on a so called manager. Purchased an oven on 3/21 with a delivery date of 3/24. It was missing pieces and the oven did not work. Al (wonderful guy) offered a replacement. I went in on the 25th to schedule a delivery. I was told that it will be delivered today (3/27) and I will receive a call 24 hours prior. I never received a call and called the store today. Luz answers and said that I was not on the manifest for delivery today. At this point I have been to the store twice, took a day off on the 24th, left work early on the 25th, took off today and NOW I need to take off again tomorrow. I asked for a manager, she said she is the manager. Asked for the number to corporate and she said there is no number. Found the customer service number on their website and spoke with an agent. I will never shop here again.

You can find scratch and dent items or just returns and over stock, most are at a good price but some can be high.

Was looking for a new basic refrigerator. No pushy sales people and Mohammed at the front desk was friendly and helpful with my whole order. Will definitely be back for future appliances.

Brigit was very helpful! She helped my husband and i get brand new appliances instead of cosmetic damage ones in the store and was able to save more because of the labor day weekend. I left out getting a good deal and very satisfied! Nothing, but God who put me in the right place, at the right time and the right person (Brigit).

Lots of selections. Minimal staff. Warranty options expensive when compared to whole house warranty. I liked that they had deep freezer options.

You might save some on the front end but 2 out of 3 of the appliances I have purchased needed repair and sears repair techs are the worst. Lost time and money staying at home waiting for them to misdiagnose things and even not show up. Horrific.

Went in and out within 10 minutes, got a new battery for my lawn mower, they even went out to the truck and got my old one and replaced it with the new one. I've never had any trouble with Sears Outlet always nice and Curtis. Merchandise is great, I have a kitchen full of it and also my washroom.
