36 Looking for scratch and dent or floor model appliance, it's the place. There are times the selections are excellent. Of course, there are "off" days and seems like the prices and selections are not there. But it is always worth a look.
Sears parts is in the same building, and I would say the online experiences would be much simpler and No Wait.
The service here is great, and you can get really lucky with some great deals! Mohammed helped us, and went out of his way to make sure our questions were answered. He was very professional and went above and beyond.
Purchasing process is weird, go to register, stand in line, get a salesperson to come to floor and assist you with the product you want to buy. Go back to register and pay. Pick up didn't seem organized and dock was very trashy. But they have a large selection of merchandise.

Receiving is extreamly rude. The caucasian lady he is the general manager. Without delivery drivers how would you get your freight. People like you make sears look bad.

Prices are better than home improvement stores but there is a charge for delivery so you should consider this when making purchase.
