25 The repair technicians at this store have saved me i think some where between 3-5 times. I have a s10+ and work in construction which I have had to replace the screen some where between 3-5 times. They've always got my phone back to me within 2 hours of dropping it off. They are great!
Now I do have to wait somewhere between 15-40 minutes to meet with a salesperson to be checked in and then wait until they are able to get me to the counter and set up the repair ticket.
But the repair technicians are awesome great job guys. I am really appreciative of yall.
When you call the store you have to keep calling for more the 10+ mins till someone picks up horrible
Save yourself the activation fee and do what you need to do online.if you do what you need to do online you wont have to pay the activation fee and deal with people trying to sell you more.i been trying my best with this store honestly.i been having a problem for about 2 weeks with this store and just try and see what is happening.but the employees here never pick up the phone i have to call them around 20 to 30 times.i know it sounds very aggressive but if you don't they will pick up and leave you on hold for more then a hour.i even tried to call corporate to help with my problem. Even when corporate tried to call they still didn't pick up.i always do my best to hold my temper but this is the worst customer service i have ever seen.
The absolute WORST customer service ever encountered. Manager closed the store 45 min before the closing time AFTER we called and confirmed we would be there and they said they would be there til 6pm. 45 minute drive wasted. No phone service or texting on phones working for 3+ weeks. Sooo done with this company.
Store retail manager Joshua is incompetent. A simple replacement of a 3 week old phone which is defective has turned into a 3 hour trip with his answer to incompetence and lack of training is for me to come back and try tomorrow. Absolute poss poor management.
I had a good experience at this store. I had to drive 30 miles to get here. The screen on my cellphone was cracked and this was the only store around me that could fix it. I was pleasantly surprised that it only took the technician 30 minutes to replace my screen. Everyone greeted me and was super professional. Everyone wore facial masks and had a must wear mask to enter sign on the door. I felt safe. I definitely recommend this store. God bless.
Im appaled on how i was treared when I went to upgrade my phone. I sat for almost an hour and swear every one who "signed in" behind me were called to be taken care of. The manager didnt help one bit, even after seeing the frustration on my face and dissapointment.ill drive to another side of town for service beforeI I come the this store again!
Bad service not too well with time management, holds unnecessary conversations with customers while customers are waiting to be serviced, Literally sat down and waited 1 hour just to pay off my phone and pay for my service. Left and went to another Sprint store with much better service! Do not go to this location. Very unorganized and all over the place. You will be waiting for a while I promise you that.
It DOES get busy. You may have to wait. Most customers don't have quick fix problems. Don't blame Sprint for that. Every time I go in there, I get friendly service, answers to all my questions, and leave satisfied.
Very nice employees and clean store. Went to get my screen replaced and I was in and out in 30 minutes. I'm happy with my experience
I visited the store on a Saturday, I was very frustrated with my ATT service. Josh was very helpful! He answered all my questions, educated me on devices and plans. He showed me way to save money on my wireless plan as well. I'm very happy with my choice and the service I received. I will only come back to this store in Hiram.
ZERO Stars: They DID NOT listen. They ADDED insurance services that we specifically stated we didn't want, and that we repeatedly said NO to three different sales people throughout our visit. VERY high pressure sales equals TERRIBLE customer service! This must be a company, corporate wide tactic. I just spent over an hour dealing with the SAME high pressure TERRIBLE customer service on Sprint billing line to get the unwanted charges off my bill and a refund.
Worth the wait! The wait time was long because they were packed, However, everyone kept checking on me, kept me posted and making sure I was ok. The reps work really well together and make the experience pleasant! I can tell they love their job and working with each other. The manager is very attentive with customers and reps! I will only come back to this sprint store and recommend to all my friends and family!
Worst experience ever! Not only did I have to wait over an hour but they knocked my name outta cue and then apologized which caused me to have to wait even longer!
I have been at the repair part of the Sprint store and I’ve been waiting almost 2 hours and haven’t been seen yet. Less talking and more working will be very beneficial! Especially how much you pay for the insurance on these phones.
Other than the wait time when they're packed, the staff are always friendly, helpful and eager to help solve any issues.
Tried to get a phone & called 2x before I left to pick it up, get there and the lady states the don't have it an can't guarantee if the call another store in the area they will have it. Sales Manager Brianna seemed not interested in helping either. I guess I will switch carriers, been with Sprint for 15 years.

Bad customer service spent 45 mins waiting. Wasnt able to upgrade my phone because they were out of stock and they told me they were going to call me when they received it the following day and never did. I called that day and spent 10 mins on hold to find out if the shipment came in and nothing. HORRIBLE!
Sitting here RIGHT now. Been waiting over AN HOUR to be helped. SIX people working and not ONE has helped or even spoke to us. This is ridiculous.
