Sprint Store / T-Mobile reviews
25Alexander was great! Professional, friendly and efficient. He got our repair done in no time without any hassle.
Please do yourself a favor don’t not go to this store they’re trying to sell you insurance and all that other stuff mabe you don’t want it I waited there two hours with the appointment and the Manager tried to sale me a different plan absolutely bad business if you wanna keep sprint go to Best Buy they will treat you like a real loyal customer for 12 years and plus.good suggestion for the sprint company they should shut down this store in Hiram, Georgia. Not any other customers been ripped off.
I recently upgraded my phone and it went extremely fast. They helped me find my phone, phone case, and transferred all of my information over. All of my Sales people were extremely nice and helpful. I really appreciate all they helped me with and would highly recommend this store.
Went with a friend to get upgrade and replacement. Spent over 2 hours but was seen quickly and the guy we shall call kilo was awesome and very funny so made time better to be around for that long
Go to this Sprint wireless store in Hiram Georgia if you like waiting around while the sales people wait on other customers. The man is greeting the customers mainly. The techs in the back waited on me after I started taking pictures of them with my iPhone. I don’t think customer service is a priority at this Sprint store.
