Henrietta was great at getting my new iPhone set up and switching me over from AT&T. She also worked diligently to get an old number released from the other carrier. Her dedication to her customers is what keeps us coming back to see her even though we live several towns away. She is our favorite!

We were in the Verizon store last week and received wonderful service! Colton Brookshire was very knowledgeable and very helpful throughout our time in the store. We will be upgrading soon and will return to have Colton assist us again.

We had a great experience today at Cellular Sales in Dalton. Our representative was Katie. She was get personable, polite and respectful of all our issues and questions. She not only was able to help my husband settle on a new phone but she helped me with a few issues I was having with my phone as well. Thank you for great customer service and assistance.

I would have given it 5 stars if my phone which is only half way paid for still had a manufacturer warranty.

We had a problem activating our new iPhone 11. We came in and Jorge was our customer rep. He was amazing! He worked with us until the situation was resolved. We highly recommend this store!

I have been here three times after going to the Verizon Store on West Walnut and getting no help what so ever. The East Walnut Store helped me all three times with my problems. The employees couldn’t have been more helpful or friendly. This will definitely be my go to store for any phone problems. Fili was wonderful to work with today!

Very helpful men Tyler and John were the best Representatives you could ask for. Very informative and made sure that we didn't leave until the problem was fixed. I highly recommend going there for any Verizon needs. Kind and respectful.

Got a new V40 from Henrietta.service was great and she showed me his to use my phone. Even set up Bluetooth in my car. I will definitely be back.

I usually pay my bill online but had cash and decided to go here, to not have to worry about the hassle of putting the money on my card. I walk in and was greeted, I stated I wanted to pay my bill. We went to the computer and I gave my number and was asked if this was my 1st time paying here, I said yes and then I was told that I would have to round up to the next dollar because of that, ok no biggie. Then I say I'm paying with cash and then I was told that I have to pay an extra dollar for paying with cash, OK but whatever. Then I pull out a $100 bill to pay my $87 with the upcharges, and then I'm told well I don't think I will be able to break that. Huh? He yells out to an associate to ask if they have change and without looking up they yell no. I'm thinking my bill is $87, I'm paying with $100, you don't have $13 available? After standing there for a few more seconds with him kind of just standing there. I just say I can leave and pay my bill online like I usually do. That was just ridiculous to me. I came around 1: 30pm in the afternoon. I could MAYBE understand if they just opened, but you don't have $13 in cash for change? I will stick to paying online.

I go in to try to swap Sims without locking up my phone because it's a business phone. I locked it down last time I done it by myself. Within 5 min they had it locked down and burned my sims card. Then told me they could sell one for 10$ wow. I go there and they done exactly what I did not want to happen. Noobs.

A repeated outstanding experience. Relaxed, efficient, and courteous staff and everything that I wanted in store. I feel like the associate made sure I got every benefit I could. Verizon is premium service. May I add the last set of toys purchased, new IPad Pro is amazing. Completely redesigned and faster than you will believe.
