Charged for a Sim card after the online folks said it would be free. The retailers are not aligned with Verizon and try to make money on anything they can.

There is one lady that I like dealing with. She helps me every time I go in there. I would much prefer this store over the main office.

I had an outstanding experience at Verizon the other day. Axel is just a wonderful person and extremely helpful! He helped me out and went in to detail with what I couldn’t decide on until I finally came into conclusion! He brings an amazing presences to the team and I’m looking forward for him to help me out once again!
