Waited in line which isnt a problem but once I was at the desk the lady said let me take this call. She peoceeded to take a personal call talking about oh yea I'm getting a babysitter.

The information for Comcast Infinity online is old. You have to call an 800 number and go through a bunch of machines and verification questions just to ask a simple question like is this local office still operating. It is very frustrating dealing with Comcast Infinity. Like dealing with mindless robots!

Go with AT&T. Xfinity experiences consistent outages and offers laughably poor customer service. I will be dropping them shortly.

Went in to check on upgrading to 150 internet to compare to AT&T and cancel tv. Looked at my account 2 days later and the rep completely changed my account to adding Voice to my account and notated account that i signed an agreement. I went in to check pricing on keeping only internet, that's it, nothing was ever signed. Be careful!

Super bad customer service. My wife lost her SIM card in during our travel, and approached the store. The manager and the guy there said they dont give the sim card, we need to call customer service. Its been 3 weeks she has not received any sim card yet, and we followed up 3 times so far with xfinity customer service. The latest news is that they selected a wrong code for sim card and simply it got cancelled the request. Now they are asking us to go to another xfinity store or even apple store to get the sim card. Unbelievable.we are paying monthly for her phone service without having phone service.

They provided me with a wrong equipment at the initial installation and for 5 days i did not have the service. I had to call customer service and sit in call for hours together trouble shooting the issue. Finally, they set me an appointment for professional visit and he had to replace the equipment provided to me. Then it started working fine. Worst part is they billed me 60$ - professional visit charges and they denied to credit it back to my account. Thats the worst service i have ever seen

I have had nothing but trouble with this internet service. I have had to take off work several times for a tech to come to my house costing me countless hours of work.just to have them not show up half the time. I am having 100% packet loss and intermittent service. I have already had a tech this week not fix anything. So I call back to schedule one again. I was told a tech will be at my house between 5-7 pm. I took off early to be ready for the tech who would never show up. I called and asked why the tech never showed up and I could not get an answer from anyone (AKA its Friday and he is Lazy) This company has cost me hundreds of dollars of missed work this week alone not to mention the missed work for the several times I have needed a tech. Also paying a premium for "great" service I have failed to get for the whole year I have been a customer. If you are reading this and have a different option for service go with that. I would not wish this horrible service on anyone. From customer support that cannot speak English to Lazy techs. There is a reason Comcast is the lowest rated ISP on the planet.

Apparently my address has been flagged for someone that lived here previously who i no longer have contact with. This is the only internet provider that can be used for my address and they refuse me service because of the flag, pretty much telling me my only option is to pay the previous person's bill. If that's how they treat their customers I definitely don't want their service.

Had to return equipment here. The return process was surprisingly quick and easy. I was in and out in under 10 minutes

It was quick and easy to return equipment and get a new cable box. Employees were friendly and helpful. I still think Comcast charges too much for their services and is a difficult company to deal with, but this store experience was very good.

I think I left my coat at the store yesterday, and I'm calling Comcast and they cannot give me the number of the store to check and call them as to if I did. The company gets lower Stars, but Matt was very helpful.

I have tried continually for 15 minutes to call this location and get no answer. We were told to swap out our router, and I’m trying to make sure we’re bringing everything we need to. Answering the phone doesn’t seem to be a priority, or this location is permanently closed.

The first time I actually got not only help from Comcast but very friendly service. The employees here are awesome.

If I could give it less than one star I would. The two people who I encountered to do the simple task of transferring my service were completely clueless. A day later my service is not transferred, my payment is not registering, and I have to take off work to get it straightened out today. I'm not a happy camper.

Rude, take forever, and do not give you the right items so you have to keep driving back to get the right items. Then they jack your prices up from what your told. If your service is horrible they take forever to "try to fix" the issue but will just give up and turn your service off stating they can't fix it. (This is about this location and then the service).

Was waiting for two hours for installer to come to my house. No-one showed up. No-one called to reschedule.no apology.when I called company extremely rude customer service representative told me to reschedule. Refused to transfer to supervisor. And for all of it I should pay $60 for installation. Cant even describe how disappointed am.

They dont check the equipment when they hand over to the customers. Specifically, X1 TV boxes. I had to run back 3 times replacing the equipment i collected, before the TV services started to work! This is not just a review for the center, but also Xfinity in general.
Poor, poor customer service and no care whatsoever considering, I had to drive 15+ miles each time, and 3 days of TV service lost!
