21 Had four separate experiences here. The first was average. A woman helped us check out 4 sets of snorkels and 2 life vests for my kids. She was not super friendly but we were not put off by it.
The next day I returned to ask about how the flipper was hurting my foot. She said there was nothing she could do (I asked about sizing).
The next day we wanted a fifth snorkel so we returned. A gentlemen helped us and he was FANTASTIC. He even addressed my flipper problem (it was too small).
Finally when returning everything, we showed up 30 min before they were scheduled to close. No one was there and the lights were off. I returned the next day and the woman was once again there. When I mentioned that no one was there the night before, she called me a liar. Yes, actually said "you're a liar. " Lady- my phone has GPS tracking and I can prove I was there and you were not. If I had to guess, she ditched work early and didn't want to get caught. This would be a one star review if it were not for the fantastic help we received from the young man.
