Service is great but workers should always have a friendly smile at the window, one was not friendly

Drive through is competitive, it can only fit so many cars and is at all times overflowing into old volcano road. However they are pretty fast and I've never been shorted an item.

I actually haven't had McDonald's in years. For many reasons. Most of this reasons being that the food had always been terrible. Cold, messing up my order, hard buns, cold fries, attitudes, bad service, you name it. But not this time. It was actually excellent! It didn't taste like cardboard box like I remember! Everything tasted fresh, AND it was hot! Only 1 problem, they forgot to give me 1 order of large fries. But can't be.

Wow even with this "social distancing" and wearing masks out in public. I was still able to get a deluxe McDonald's breakfast platter. While going through the drive through I saw a hen with three fresh chicken nuggies walking around the parking lot

Rarely are orders done right. Ordered a sausage eggs and cheese McGridle meal (or a #6) and got home, no cheese. Missing parts of sandwiches seems took be common. Almost have to open everything to make sure it's right before you leave.

Kea'au McDonalds, clean, quick service, excellent DONT GO AFTER 2,1: 15 ON WED. SCHOOL KIDS LOUD N DISRESPECTFUL.

Go here often because close to home, but even if line is short usually long wait time. Some staff always seem grouchy

Expect to spend 15 to 20 minutes in the drive thru on a typical day. Flat cokes, wrong orders, missing lids, empty condiment dispensers are the types of things you can expect on any given day.

Three weeks later they appeared to be speeding up with the morning food service. I only had to wait 8 minutes for a big breakfast and a Coke today. Still to slow per McDonald's standards, but better. I am still too mortified by past experience to try for lunch or early dinner.

McDoubles Ono Kine do the trick make it to South Point still put on the gas but still neva climb the windmills in my clown soot!

Worst service. Waited 15 min for my food. And that entire time waiting every single customer came back because their order was wrong or something was missing. And after those 15 min when i finally got my order they got my order wrong as well.

Its McDonalds.good at the time followed by guilt shame and remorse.my bad! Ba da ba da baaa #NotLovin’It!

Nice facility, recently remodeled. Too packed. Took for-evvvv-eeeeerrrrrrr to get two regular hamburgers. And.the order was wrong. Got a burrito instead. Didn't know McD's even had burritos.

Terrible parking lot. Drive through line wraps onto the road makes getting in or out a nightmare

Okay I live in the area and on multiple occasions they have screwed up my order, it happens. BUT TONIGHT.waited 15 minutes in the drive thru only to find out they had no grilled chicken of any sort! As we planned to order 8 grilled Artisan and 6 grilled Southwest salads this was a problem. We declined and had to wait no another 10 minutes to get thru the drive thru! They really should have a sign indicating a problem like that before folks get in drive thru!

Waited in line for over 30 minutes at the drive through. There's no way to get out of the line either, if you decide it's taking too long. Seriously people, hire some more staff. Shame.

Ordered chicken nuggets and they were old and dried out. Not good. If I order them again, I will make sure they cook fresh ones!

THE slowest service in the state.the drive thru is never easy, and after 17 minutes to get to the window, food is Luke warm. Not for me.

It was okay but MY CHESSE BURGER HAS ONION AND KECKTUP ON IT I HATE IT but I had to SCRAP IT OFF

Super slow! I dred going here but it's the only McDonald's in Puna clean nice but did I mention they are super slow

Not the best experience I have had at a McDonald's. The electronic ordering is cool, but the staff are not customer friendly. They bought our order to the table, but forgot my fries. The staff member was told when she was still at the table about the missing fries so she said she'd get them. Lie! We had to go to the counter TWICE, the second time to speak with the manager. All I wanted was my damn fries! I paid for it!
