31Remodel took way to long they were always scrabbling around. Seamed to not know what they were doing. As of late they are more efficient but have a long way to go. Don't be in to much of a hurry when choosing this MB Donald's.
Smaller restaurant but has touch-screen tellers (4) so you can order faster. Don't wait in LONG drive through, just one window, go in the store.
This place is a great place to take a quick bite to eat. You can order from a tiny machine and get whatever they have up there. This place also has a drive through. So you should get a bite to eat here if you are looking for a calm place to eat.
Their drive-in is packed almost all the time, but if you go inside, it's a lot better. They get your food very quickly and efficiently. Great place
Food is as normal. Staff is friendly but parking is not so good and the drive thru is slow. It's been recently renovated and looks great. Just not much room to maneuver around it.
The reason I give this place a 3 star is the parking you need to have better parking because having a McDonald’s in a busy area means it will be busy so having a good amount of parking would be nice. I also like how they updated it so it’s not old fashion it was for a while that’s why but I kind of miss the old fashion it’s nice to see old fashion McDonald’s cause there is only 1 left on the island in south kona near the coffee farms
Fast food.but bad parking. 90% of the time its difficult to maneuver around for a space or to get out of a space.
Better than cali macdonals but more expesive of course you are on an island mind you. But as for your order and customer service, lets just say they get it right the first time lol
It's just a McDonald's, nothing new. The drive through is a pain and very unorganized, but this location does have haupia pie on occasion so I think that negates the downsides.
A newly remodeled restaurant will make you feel like you are in a upscale eatery. They have the latest in card paying options and honestly the staff is second to none. I just cant believe this is fast food. Id say its "convient dining"!
The food is like normal McDonald's (there's never a lot of variation). They have started Haupia pies, and those are pretty good. They have a few automated kiosk things you can order at, but it tipically takes a little longer for them to get you their food. Also, the drive through backs up a good deal around meal times.
