They were so great! The doctor and assistants were nice and didn’t make me feel shamed for my situation. Took care of the problem that day and left with a smile! Would Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great dentist. Thanks Doc!

I didn't have a good experience at Aspen Dental. I will not go back or refer any enemy to that place.

Everyone was very kind, I felt welcome. I was treated with respect and plan on getting all my work done there if possible.

Great crew, great dentist (Dr. Fatah), and great hygienist (James). Been going here since I was 12 and they've always been great.

I found the dentist to be abrupt and rude. Immediately informed me, after looking at my xrays not performing an exam, that I needed to have teeth pulled. That if I wanted a partial replaced I would have to use glue on one side As the current anchor would be pulled. That each extraction would be at least 150.00 And an upper partial would be minimum of $900.00. He doesn’t do implants. He rattled off some other information that I don’t even remember. I spent more time in the chair waiting for him than I did actually listening to him. The whole lecture took less than 3 minutes. I Thanked him got up and left. I understand that maybe he was busy however there was no one in the waiting room from the time I arrived to when I left and maybe he was just having a bad day but his chair side manner was the worst I have ever encountered. I can’t even tell you his name as he never introduced himself. Most impersonal, condescending, intimidating and embarrassing 5 minute start to finish, excluding X-ray time, appointment I have ever been subjected to.

I had a terrible tooth ache and was very much in fear of going to the dentist. While it was bad news, they are very kind and reassuring. They also give you options in regards to your treatment.

Was able to get in for an emergency toothache. In town for job. Didn't know anyone. But searched online and found Good reviews. And was pleased with the service provided. They Explain the whole process. And I got such good care. And took care of my toothache pain. And Thank you for the offer of New Patients FREE OFFICE VISIT AND XRAYS! Helped out a lot for being Self Pay. Will definitely refer my other Coworkers when in the Area of Des Moines Urbandale Iowa

Friendly staff - great dentist. Everything explained clearly, didn't make me feel bad about me teeth although I know it has lots of problems and gave me several options of what can be done so I can be comfortable with the plan.
Gave me the best financial plan that suits me. Really happy I visited them.

I was handed the smart toothbrush without being consulted on how much it would cost. It is very expensive and I didn't want it. Not happy with the price integrity there. If you want low cost, go somewhere else.

This is the cleanest, quickest and friendliest dentist I’ve ever been to in my adult life. The staff are personable and genuinely care about the clients. Five stars all the way!

The entire Aspen Dental Merle Hay staff were professional, friendly and fun to be around. Each member is very knowledgeable and patiently answered the many questions we had during our recent visits.

Normally I have a decent amount of anxiety when visiting a dentists office, but the team here managed to make that disappear.

I very confidently give them 5 Stars.

I went in for a root canal. They didn’t finish that day and scheduled me over a week out to finish the work. They said call if i was in pain and they squeeze me right in. I called and said they can’t get me in but I’m welcomed to sit there all day and hope to be seen. After my tooth finally gets fixed FRIDAY, i will never be coming back. I had no pain prior to this now I’m in so much pain I’m sick.

In the future I would like to have all charges explained going in and not coming out of the dental chair should be more contact with a customer and not dictations from the doctor

These guys were awesome. They were very kind caring and understanding. Was so embarressed to be there and they put me at ease.

They expect you to be there 15 minutes before your appointment but would make you wait at least 30 minutes after the scheduled time. Same experience twice.

I went there last night due to me having a tooth pulled last week and I was in a lot of pain. The female dentist I had was amazing! The front desk staff were very helpful with getting me seen asap. Would definitely recommend this place!

The receptionist was rude. The person who took my xrays was rude. And the dentist was arrogant and rude and spent 3 minutes with me. Will NEVER be back

Absolutely love this clinic. Been going here for around five years and have no complaints & no desire to go anywhere else. James, my hygienist is always friendly, thorough and gentile.

Dr. Fatah is genuinely concerned for his patient's care. Jessica, at the front desk, is always pleasant and real. You can tell she takes pride in her job.

Horrible! Showed up for a screening when I expected to do both the screening and cleaning as I requested when I set up the appointment. Overall I was in the office for an hour and ten minutes to do nothing! I waited in the chair for the dentist for 40 minutes.
