The meryl hay aspine in des moines, ia just had my wife sit there and wait 3 hours in complete agony only to tell here they would not fix the tooth that was causing her termendous pain unless they do the 2 other cavities at the found also at the same time and that she would have to come back tomorrow for them to do that. Made her leave in an unspeakable amount of pain. Unbelieveable. Never have I seen such terrible service or a dentist that does not put emergencies as a priority. Makes me want to do a little dentistry work of my own and knock that dentists teeth out of his skull.

Really friendly and affordable. Had two wisdom teeth pulled and it was very quick and painless. I was impressed.

Would have given 5 stars but wait time was kind of long. Once we were in the staff was Great, dentist was very nice and moved along quickly from there.

I got information about dental payment options no insurance, they have reasonable payment plans, also the staff was excellent they recently called me and told them that they accept major insurance, but Will work with me. On a reasonable solution. THANK YOU FOR CARING

This place is more like a used car dealership then a dentist. Have been there twice now and each time walked away feeling like i need something "under my hood" upgraded. The dentist is nice but hygienist was brusque almost to the point of rude. I will NEVER go back and don't wish this place on my worst enemy.

I've been to numerous dentists in my lifetime. Other dentists are always booked months in advance and take forever when there's an emergency. That is not the case with this location. Bottom line, this office sees a lot of patients and you will have to wait here and there but your work will get done swiftly. I laugh when I read the few crazy posts from people giving the warning to stay away. Last time I was there I spoke with three people in the lobby and they were all referred from previous patients. They must be doing something right.
