Good selection in the store and friendly customer service, however the floor and bathroom was very dirty and the shower was by far the worst one iv experianced. The temperature fluctuated wildly from cold to scalding hot and the water pressure was so bad it was difficult to rinse.

They have the best coffee (in my opinion). We visit flying j/pilot more than any other truck stop as we pickup and drop loads all over the continental US. The bathrooms and showers are always clean, the customer service is always top notch, friendly and helpful. They are pretty consistent from location to location with the service and products and with the app we can see the sales and offers and reserve our showers with ease. Thanks to all the employees of flying j & pilot truck centers for you courteous service and friendly demeanors! That's is what keeps us loyal to you.

I hate giving a bad report but the shower maintenance guy here absolutely hates cleaning the showers. It took me about 6 visits to this location to figure it out but that's my conclusion. He hates it and won't do it until he's forced to do it. Everything else here seems to be fine. My low star rating is based specifically on my last 6 times here and singling out the showers.

The showers are nice and clean. Shower maintenance tried to enter my shower with out knocking. Thankfully I had the door Latch on. As soon as the door shut I could hear laughing, so I'm not sure if someone put someone up to opening my door but it's not appreciated. Thankfully my company let's me fuel where I like to fuel. I don't think ill stop here again

The diesel fuel island store has been closed for years now. Very inconvenient for truck drivers. I guess this is a CAR stop now!

Being on the road is hard especially on holidays but you all make it easier. God bless you! I dont trust the food here, or the service
It is very busy with tourist and trucks, but the road design etc is not safe.

There is entertainment close by and also a lot of service shops in a busy city area. But this place is not trusted

Drivers lounge is upstairs and laundry is all the way in the back which is a pain and restaurants are across the highway which is why I gave it 4 stars. Bathrooms are clean, no wait for laundry or showers and staff seems nice. There is a lot of parking but fuel island restrooms are permanently closed so have to go into main building.

This an older, well traveled place. It has a nice sit down restaurant in it as well as a game room, showers, warm food, pizza and many other amenities. The parking is large approx 300 spaces for trucks but quickly fills up in the evening. The parking lot is the same as other older, large lots in that it's particularly dirty. The fuel island building is closed permanently for something about safety of their guests. Over all, it's not too bad a place, just not top notch either.

They closed the restaurant down permently. It was one of the best restaurants in this part on the country. I probably will never return there.

Max's dinner inside is just GREAT, all of the food is good but if you are a biscuits and gravy fan try the stuffed biscuits and gravy, sausage egg and bacon and cheese. HOLY

Visited this location this morning to shower, ABSOLUTELY FILTHY THE FLOORS UPSTAIRS AND SHOWERS HAS NOT BEEN SWEPT, MOPPED, DISINFECTED IN MONTHS. Spoke with the manager on duty and she was soooo nonchalant about the whole situation. FURTHER LETTING ME KNOW THAT SHE ONLY GOT THAT POSITION BECAUSE OF HER SKIN COLOR, WHITE. IT IS NOT FOR ANYTHING LIKE HARD WORK. AND HER HOUSE IS FILTHY.

$2.16 for a bottle of soda is a joke. Let alone the lot never gets picked up nor the diesel pumps and they are slower then molasses. Pilot has ruined what a truck stop should be. Grew up around this one when Bosselmans had it and it didn't look this bad. Place is down here and fast.

Asked for extra towel and wash cloth as there were 2 persons to shower.asked at front counter. NEVER RECIEVED.good thing i can dry off with a washcloth and fan!

Had to wait in a (long) line twice to put cash in my gas tank because the clerk put the money into the qrong pump. No apology or anything to make up for that and unfortunately i was on my way to a time sensitive event. Tbey do have cinnamon there

HUGE! Great selection of on the road road products, great gass prices for cars, a selection of food for family wanting to stop and eat its iv'e a mom and pop's full service and full menu with takeout male and female public restrooms, a blue beacon truck wash that iv'e not heard to many complaints about.

Line to simply buy a soda was 15 minutes long, one person working a cash register. At noon. Its o viously going to be busy. Get some staff.

Disaster. Dirty, no hot dogs at 22: 00, restaurant closes 10 minutes before 10, cashers are chitchatting while people are waiting. Oh, did I mention it's really dirty. Blame management!

10.01.18 @6.30am i guess shiwer 18 was used by a 5 yr old cause there was urine all over the toilet seat, and i also guess the guy that cleans the showers doesnt do toilets and thats why im allways prepared with lysol wipes.flush handle on toilet is broken and there is more water coming out behind the shower head than from the actual shower head, should consider fixing.

The new coffee is out of this world as a truck driver I appreciate the effort to make us feel alive but the point system needs to improve.
