Kimberly was great to work with and quickly answered our barrage of questions (being new camper owners we had a lot!) Everything from initial shopping to final walkthrough was easy and we never felt rushed or that we were getting anything other than honest advice.

Poor finance department. Kari was not able to get the approval. Surprise for me but they dont know what is an amex black card that is actually a charge card that need to be paid off monthly. I visited the other dealer and the approval came in minutes. How many sales and customers they loose with similar situations? Who knows. Scott Jarchow was the Rv Outfitter, unfortunately as soon as the “denial” from Kari came, he did not responded my last email. With that last response that never came, I could tell him what he needed to explain the bank to get the approval. Same that I did in the other dealer and I have my travel trailer.

I needed a few parts and Melissa got me taken care of and had parts delivered in 3 days! Great service thanks

Our salesperson Jodie was fantastic to deal with! She didn't try to pressure us into buying something we didn't need. I would buy from Good Life again and I'm sure we will. Mark showed us all about our camper and he was great also!

Wouldn't waste my time again. Most campers are locked so you can't look at them and no sales person came out. When I went in the sales person immediately tried to up my spending limit and told me I wouldn't find anything in the weight or price I was thinking. This was the third place I had been to so i knew better. Not my first camper or rodeo. Don't recommend this place at all.

Our salesman Tim is top notch! Very knowledgeable and was amazing to work with making sure we got exactly what we were looking for. Kari was very helpful when doing all the paperwork and made sure that she explained everything as we went along and didn't rush or pressure us into any "extras" that we didn't want. I will buy again from this team. Cant wait to use the new camper this summer

Kori was WONDERFUL to work with on the purchase of our first camper! She knew what we were looking for and found us a camper with nearly all of our specifications. Friendly and knowledgeable! This is our first camper, so everything was/is new to us. We actually saw this camper at an RV show in Des Moines and went two weeks later to pick it up. They walked us through EVERYTHING on the camper! They didn't want us to leave until all of our questions were answered. We never once felt like they were pushy or rushing us though it. Everyone from start to finish was great to work with. We had a great experience! Highly recommended!

Unexpected issue with roof vent enroute to Brownsville TX. Fast friendly service. Reasonably priced.

Things start out ok, insofar as sales. However, once they have your money, you become a very low priority. The service after the sale leaves a lot to be desired.

We called down to the store in Warren county asking about a pop up camper. We were told they had a used one so we went down to look at it. When we arrived no one could help us and the towing amount was not what was stated on the phone. The salesman didn't know how to set up the camper. Wasted 45 mins of my day!

Friendly, knowledgeable, full-service dealership with outstanding variety of campers, service, supplies and accessories! Just plain good folks!

Start to finish I had a great experience buying my RV. We sked what we wanted not what they wanted to sell us. The finance lady was great, she explained everything to us. Or tech who did the walk around was outstanding. I will be bringing my business back here for sure.
