Bought a used trailer from Good Life RV. It was in such good shape that when we got it home my daughter said "Is this new, I thought you were getting a used trailer". Found it on their web site and set up a visit. It was all set up when we got there. We decided to buy and picked it up about a week later. Walked us through everything, payment and book work was quick and easy. Will definitely look to GL when we want to upgrade
Expect a "sales" attitude. The first question was how much could we afford per month and when can you buy it.
Drove 2+ hours to an appointment there. Never saw the salesman we had the appointment with, he was busy. We did get to see the used RV we were interested in. It had water damage, the floor in the basement storage was rotted through. Had we been informed before driving 2+ hours, it would have saved us so much time and fuel.
The place was very hectic the day we were there, people going all over the place. We were pestered with emails and phone calls for a couple of months afterwards. Altogether not a fun experience.
They try very hard to take care if their customers. They have or can get about anything you need within 24 hours.
