34VERY comfy beds, pleasant staff and the swivel chair on wheels made for great entertainment for the 2 yr old with us. Thank you for that!
Sad to report that the cleanliness of the bathroom was awful. As a long time Hilton Diamond member I rarely have anything to complain about but this was really concerning especially with so much emphasis on cleanliness and disinfecting.
Staff was great! Friendly! The bed was so comfortable. I like the amenities and the outside seating area.
When I arrived, my room wasn’t ready and I was told I’d just need to come back or wait around. No big deal, I sat on the couch and did some work. I had a lot of work to do on my computer in preparation for a business meeting the next day, but the wifi wasn’t working. I called down to the lobby and the lady confirmed that the wifi wasn’t working by saying “No the internet is out. ” She seemed bothered that I was even asking. Come to find out, it had been out even before I checked in, but no one was telling guests. I would’ve found a different hotel somewhere else in town if I knew that was the case. It put me in a bind so I had to call my cell carrier and pay for enabling the hotspot on my phone in order to access the internet.
I have stayed here several times and each time the customer service is outstanding. The hotel is clean, modern, many amenities including bar and grill. Tomas Romero at the front desk is the star of the operation and goes above and beyond any expectation of professionalism. Thank you to the staff.
Nice, clean, and comfortable! Especially nice to be in walking distance of the gym where we are playing. Also, loved the breakfast!
Not a good visit. No house keeping. Called at 5. Told they were coming and still there. Never saw them!
Recently stayed here. Clean hotel and friendly staff. Deal breaker is no constant fan in room and terrible blind system to keep out bright lights.
There is wall mount thermostat that was inoperative and controls for heat and ac were on window unit. However no constant fan mode. It would kick on off all night very loud. No white noise.
Blinds do not seal up window. Need curtains to make it dark with bright outside lights.
So far it is not good sitting the lobby waiting for our room. Tried to check in at 1: 30 told to come back at 3 was here at 4: 20 and room still not ready. Now 5: 15 was told it could be hours before it is ready. Lobby area is filled with people who are waiting for their rooms. No customer service, manager is hiding. Not a good thing.
I have stayed here numerous times over the years. Usually 15 nights a year. I always thought it was a good “Middle of the road” hotel. I mostly enjoyed a nice dark room for sleeping. But for some reason that I can’t understand they removed the drapes that covered the windows. They have a nice blind system that blocks out a decent amount of light.that combined with a good curtain system could block a lot of the “ridiculous stadium lights” that’s plague the parking lot. I chose this hotel exclusively because they had nice dark rooms. Then, after a long day at work and evening meetings, I come back to relax and sleep. And what do I find, a super bright room that had ZERO curtains and a ton of light filling the room from around edges of the window. I can’t sleep in a room that equals the summer solstice. Hilton, you can do better! I know this because you once had a nice, dark, comfortable room. Get your act back together and get blinds back up and working.
I'm a professional driver an was given a room across from pool. Between kids in an out screaming an playing an a hippo in room above me all of which I called about to no help from staff I didnt get much sleep having to be up at 2am an on top of that the heater is very loud. Terrible hotel and hope non of my groups stay here again
I stayed here for a work retreat and was very impressed. The rooms are very clean and great service from the staff.
Location and rooms were extremely convenient. Bar and food across the street and a nearby bowling alley within easy walking distance.

Rooms a very clean. Bar and restaurant are very good and people/staff are friendly. If I was in town again, I'd stay here. Next to some good bars and fun arcade
After a long drive I arrived and upon check in the front desk told me my room wasn’t ready and I’d have to wait 45 minutes. Wait until 6pm to check in? She blamed it on a sold out Saturday the night before. Sorry, but your staffing isn’t my issue. Barely any cars in the parking lot on a Sunday after 5pm. Made a lot of excuses so I finally just left. Unprofessional. Hotel is under construction. Will not return.
Awesome place. They are remodeling, our room was done. They were amazing to our little one though.
The staff is beyond friendly and supportive, of their guests and each other! I'm so proud to have worked there in the past!
Whirlpool (hot tab) in pool area was extremely hot your body parts turned red after using less then 10 minutes. Our TV in the room did not work. I can't believe what we pay for a room they don't have a continental breakfast to offer hotel guest.
Lisa and Kiera in breakfast we awesome. They were very attentive and took great care of my little girl. Thank you for the great experience on our way to Iowa State Fair!
