Have received letters in the mail stating that I still owe for the 2020 tax year even though I have found on my statements where I have paid them. I have even went to the payment website they direct you to to pay and retrieved my confirmation number. Also find it odd the amount they say I owe is different from what is on my forma from when I filed my taxes. When I call in I got the "we can't find the payment or confirmation of payment".
When I email them the documents showing payment I'm told they look like the payment is sent to the wrong department and to call them to try and get my money back and then send the payment to the correct department.
