26 I was absolutely astounded at how professionally I was presented with my breakfast this morning! From the genuine friendliness of the salutation at the menu to the speed and efficiency of delivery, it was truly a pleasurable experience. The food was warm, toasty and tasted amazing.
This should be a flagship of the fleet, a standard as to how its done!
We ordered 4 burgers 2 with extra pickles and asked to add mayonnaise. All 4 burgers were smashed with all the condiments on the wrapper and only got 1 pickle on all the burgers.
Ordered on Door Dash, got 40 nuggets with none of my sauce, they supposedly can't do anything about it. Had to get an iced coffee instead of a frappe and the chicken sandwich isn't even good.
The experience seems to depend on the staff on hand. Some nights are perfect, some nights are not so perfect. Food is usually very fresh.
The shake was really good but really do they know how to make a mickchicken like they didnt even care what it looked like or how it was presented and really a piece of lettuce on top
Basically returned home and found a half order of Large fries and very ridiculous, small and rubbery Classic Chicken Sandwich that looks nothing as advertised. Promptly returned to get my small change back and took it elsewhere. Absolutely done with McDonald's if they can't be consistent with giving customers what the ordered and no less. Take your money elsewhere.
The west ames McDonald's seemes to be a rollercoaster of quality. My experiences have been mixed and across the spectrum. From super fast service to, "Why am I still waiting 20 minutes for my food. " As of late, this particular McDonald's seems to be on an up swing.
This McDonald’s is trash! They were closed and it’s a 24 hour drive thru! Don’t go here unless though hate yourself and want to be disappoint ed
Frequently understaffed. Large wait times regardless of time of day, mid afternoon to post bar crawl. Supposed to have two drive thru lanes but only one is open most of the time. Staff are short tempered and have difficulty with taking orders. They also only have a limited menu after midnight. This review is over multiple experiences and as such is reflective of their overall service and not just one experience.
I wanted an ice cream cone and they told me they weren't selling ice cream today! Bought two sandwiches and they didn't put any napkins in the bag.
It lousy employees very very poor customer service and lack of good managment! I'm deaf and come in with a written order and they still can't get it correct! BIG thumbs DOWN! (Duff McDonalds)
Only giving 3 stars because when I order 1 item for a dollar and 1 for two dollars the total comes to 5 dollars. Several times. One lol waitress when questioned said, thats how its coming up on my register. I said turn around and look at the menu I see, she just repeated her answer twice. Walked out that rime and when it happened again. Be careful.
Very good place for lunch especially for Muslims as Mac chicken is the better option to have in lunch
Go through the drive-thru and and they hand me a bag and I ask, "is that everything". The employee assures me that it is. I check - not everything we ordered is there big surprise. Drive around to the drive-thru order microphone again and tell them that I'm missing all of the french fries for an order for four people. " I am going to have to ask you to come into the restaurant to speak with the manager" - ok, not sure why I really need to do that, and one of the reasons I went through the drive-thru was so that it didn't have to go into the restaurant because I was in a hurry but okay. Go into the restaurant and stand there for 5 minutes, I see them asking each other where the manager is and one of them saying they don't know she was here just a minute ago. I ask, " does it really require a manager to stick three orders of french fries in a bag that are missing from my order? " The employee who I spoke with at the window in the first place who told me that everything was in the bags then asks me, "Did you order fries? " "No of course I didn't - that's why I'm in here at your request asking you to put french fries in a bag. " Then I hold out the receipt for him to look at. "I don't see them on here" he says, to which I responded by taking my finger and pointing at them on the receipt and spelling the word "F-R-I-E-S" - I really don't want to be rude and condescending but at this point I don't know what else to be. Then I asked if I could please just get my fries and go I've got 3 hours to drive and kids in the car and I really just want to get going. Truly a mind-boggling experience, and then to top it off all the food was terrible - except for the fries of course ironically enough.
Nice people but always seem short staffed in the mornings so wait is a little longer than normal
The night shift is so rude, threw my food at me, almost dropped my drinks, just honestly seems like they don’t care.
Mobile app sucks, it wouldn't accept my card so I tried 2 other cards and wouldn't accept them either.finally I had to go in and pay and they said I ordered 4 times.then had to wait for my order.
15 minute wait in the drive through with only two other cars in line at 7 am on a Friday! Couldn’t get the drinks out with the food either
With both drive-through Lanes going and full for cars deep before the order Box, they should really have two crew members operating the headsets at a time. The lane I was in took 20 minutes to get around but 15 cars went through the other lane of the drive-thru in the same period of time. They just weren't taking orders.
Never had bad food from any of their restaurants. Inside is updated and so is menu. Drive thru are always friendly and medium to fast. They hire employees that sometimes get looked over so I am always happy to bring my business here. Friendly staff and always a manger there to ask if things are okay.
