26They have more options to order and pay now. Have mobile ordering, in store self ordering, or cash register ordering. Mobile or self ordering they bring the food to you which is awesome.
The cashier at the register was horrible.he should not be on the register. Not sure if he was new, or if he needed more training, or what was the problem. Then there was no unsweetened iced tea, so I had to get it from the counter, and when we got ready to leave, still none at the beverage station. My husband ordered his fries with no salt, but they had salt on them.the rest of the food was ok. Didn't see any manager helping out.
Worst McDonald's in Ames. You ALWAYS wait at least 10 minutes, even if you're the only person here. Don't waste your time with this place, go to the one on Duff instead!
HORRIFIC SERVICE! No one came to the window for 1/2 hour and we eventually left without a refund.
Paid a visit yesterday, ordered #2 breakfast meal w.a medium coffee but got a small one, fine.revisited this morning, same meal, no hash brown.used to be well-operared place.now only one drive-thru window handled both payment and meal.
Fries are soft&cold at 8pm, no smiles at all. Doesn’t put napkins in to go bag for lots of times. Maybe need a new manager.
