My appointment was at 2 pm and I had completed online check in. I was there at 2 and had to wait for them to take my temperature due to covid. I got up to the neurology at 2: 03 and they said I have to reschedule since I'm late. The next opening is in 2 months. I tried to explain that i have waited a month for this appointment and could have a serious condition. The staff for completely rude and told me I shouldn't be late. Needless to say id rather stay in pain than reschedule with them
