I was happy with the service I received. My salesperson was very courteous, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain about the different types of flooring along with the positives and negatives of each. He gave me time to explore the different options and then checked back with me. He also helped me to figure out and/or estimate costs so I could stay within my budget amount. All things I would want a salesperson to do!

Monday morning 10: 30 walked into Store and Doug Faltonson met me as I was headed to appliances. I had a sheet printed off Nebr. Furniture Mart web of the microwave I was interested in. Doug took the time to qualify my needs and questions of comparing 2 products of + and - 's. I was sold on the quality and sizing. NO pressure! Wife was pleased too.

Purchased over 3,000.00 worth of furniture on approved credit with NFM. I am ahead of schedule on payments and have never been late or missed a payment. I received a notice stating that I have to reapply for credit and take hit on my credit score or no longer have credit at NFM. Both would be a negative on my credit. I will continue to pay the remainder of my bill off, ahead of schedule, and NEVER purchase anything from NFM again.
