23Came in tonight to buy a new TV. Had an idea of what I wanted but after wandering around for a few minutes I had made my decision without pressure. Doug was phenomenal with his service, and with 10 minutes I had paid and was picking up my new TV. I was probably his easiest sale of the evening, but Doug needs a raise! Kudos to Nebraska Furniture Mart!
We inquired at several stores and returned Nebraska Furniture to purchase a washer and drier because of the friendly atmosphere. We felt we had a conversation with the sales person instead of a sales pitch. Very satisfied.
Two out of three appliances we've purchased here have had to be replaced within the first year. NFM does nothing to facilitate the replacement and actually delayed the replacement of our washer by 3 weeks. Utterly disappointed.
