The store manager was outstanding. Great customer service. Did not rush me. Answered all my questions I had. Would recommend this Verizon store to my friends.

November 28,2022 They ordered a android tablet. It showed up December 9,2022 at the store a according to all records. They had someone sign for it. When i went in to pick it up. They couldnt find it. They dont have answer for me where it went. So now they ordered another. Which is not going to make it by Christmas. Which is what it was and would have been under the tree. But now it wont. Still havent got no answers or when next one will show up.

My experience with this store was great! ANTOINE was the CS rep who was outstanding! He should get a raise. I can be a skeptic, but he was top notch!

Our 2 star rating is based on the ridiculously high prices & poor quality of its Android accessories. We returned the chargers and protective cases for our 2 Samsung 21's & saved over $100 buying replacements. The 2 $65 screen protectors they installed scratched so easily, we replaced them with better ones for $120 less. It pays to shop around.

Open when they want to be. Rushed from 40 minutes away to find out they are closed even tho it states they are open till 6
