I'm happy you asked for my review. I usually blow these off because they are not worth my time, or the service I received was lacking. This was arguably the best customer service I have EVER received for any service! Jacob was patient, polite, knowledgeable and engaging (but not pushy). Most of all he was helpful to my needs. Other customers arrived that needed advanced help. Jacob was able to assist his co-worker and them, along with helping me with my purchase. This kids a keeper! Thank you Jacob
