Wright Tree Service reviews
22Constantly blocking the roads to the point that you cant get by. Today I came home to my driveway being block by their truck. No way for me to get in or my daughter to get out. The driver wouldn't move either. Going to complain to the city about this.
Drove through my property instead of using right-of-way (for a tree that a little old lady w/ a pole saw could have trimmed). Left ruts etc. I tried contacting w/ no resolve.
There management is horrible. I worked there for two years. Showed up everyday, put in a hard days work. I got looked over bc of a female new hire. She had a pretty face and the hots for the safety guy. Safety guy became our GF. Bc of personal reasons I was fired. Nate C our GF tried to get me fired bc I called out how he was over looking some of us, and spending more time with the female new hire. That got me kicked right out the door.
Create weird shaped trees!
As a horicultural landscape architect - I am appalled at their clearly insensitive way of trimming trees! Not healthy or aesthetic in any way!
They showed up to my house with a large truck to drop off a permission slip to trim trees along the power line They drove their truck into my yard destroying grass and leaving ruts. They then drove up onto my concrete steps breaking them, then drove further into the yard and drove their truck down my landscape wall destroying that. They denied doing any damage until I provided photos and video of them doing it. Its been 3 months and they refuse to repair what they destroyed. These folks are rude, incompetent and the truth and them are seldom in the same place. If they do damage I would recommend not to negotiate with them and just get their insurance information.
This company has been hired by Evergy (Formerly Westar+KCPL) to trim trees near power lines. The lock on my gate had the slide bar removed, but thankfully my dogs stayed in my yard until I figured that out 24 hours later. Secondly, my neighbors gate was left completely open and both of their dogs managed to escape, but thankfully neither were harmed or injured in their freedom. Multiple other neighbors on the NextDoor App have also had dogs lost and gates left open. I called and left the company a voicemail, and I will revise this with their response if I hear from them.
Wright tree service came onto our property and ran over our septic tanks and actually got stuck and we had to pull them out and now they do not want to pay damages.i have spoken to Oncor who also does not want to take responsibilty. Now our tanks are broken and exposed and they do not and will not do anything about it.
Bless that kind Harrisburg, PA crew hired by PPL! They went over and above removing a few small trees that eventually might threaten power lines! They removed the many fallen oak tree branches that covered the yard and driveway of this 80-year-old woman who was dreading that challenging task while waiting for the cold, rainy weather to abate!
Unprofessional employee comes on my property and tries to get aggressive with me when I tell him he can't just tell me when he's coming in my back yard to trim trees after they've already been here three other times and damaged my home last summer? I don't think so!
They started the job and then bailed on me and the job wasn't finished. They were topping a tree.they never topped it, nor did they clean up their mess.
While driving through Chico I was nearly ran off the road by work trucks from this company. OBEY THE RULES OF THE ROAD!
They probably donate money to a lot of politicians because they only seem to have government contracts for power companies. They came into my neighborhood and heavily damaged our front yard. Waiting to see Their response but if their back office is as rude as the people in the field I won’t hold my breath.
I have no idea where this company gets the people that drive their trucks, but damn they are dangerous.: - (
Like many of the other reviewers, I found these people to be rude and disrespectful of my property. They showed up at my house to ask me to move my car from the public street and started peering in my windows before knocking. This was early morning and I was not yet fully dressed. It was wildly inappropriate. I don't even know why they were all the way in KY from Des Moines. It was bizarre.
Pulled into a private lot, blocked the entrance and made the building onsite inaccessible. At no point did they ask anyone on the property for permission to use the lot.
They were working on my street for Dayton Power and light and I wanted this company to do me a favor and get rid of the tree branches from my apple tree, and if necessary to pay them for this. This one guy looked at me, then drove off!
Dangerous and inconsiderate of others safety. I've seen these morons pull out in front of traffic on 55 mph highways many times. About a week ago, I saw a Wright truck pull in front of a motorcyclist at a gas station almost causing the bike to totally lose control. It's only a matter of time before they kill someone.
Worked with a gal who purchased trees for an event here. They were very helpful in the selection, and also kept the trees on their property and watered until the date of the event!
Wright was working in my small town in michigan near my machinery. My machinery came up stolen just after Wright cleared out. Not sure who they hired but I would definitely hesitate bringing this company near anything valueable. Office was no help and refuse to tell me where the crew was so I could check around for my equipment. Shady business
These guys were great, the best service I ever had. They made my trees look fantastic. I hope I get the same guys next time.
