Wright Tree Service, West Des Moines IA

This company did some work down in Missouri for the local City Utilities. Damaged my gutter, but foreman was polite and said his boss would come out an fix it, and if i was not happy with it, to have it replaced. Well, I was not happy with it and when I attempted to call Wright Tree Service headquarters in Iowa, they kept blowing me off. When the finally got tired of me calling, they told me they were not responsible for it and it was my problem. I reported them to my local City Utilities company who subcontracted them.

Had some guys on my property (not at my request) doing work for city (I suppose). I asked them politely to stay off the new grass they were stomping on. They ignore me. We're also building my daughter a swing set and have part of it loosely put together - these guys thought it a smart idea to climb on it. While I'm not all that worried about having to repair something - it doesn't look safe or professional (photo attached). I called about it, they weren't all that cooperative and blamed their policies. I was put on hold and probably forgotten. Not surprised to see such a horrible rating on here and equally horrible reviews.
