Dr. Shaikh was very attentive, timely with his care, patient, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable to speak about the reason for my visit. I was in a lot of discomfort at the time, and he gave me some med orders that provided instant relief. He gave me the service I was needed. He was thorough with his instructions and ensured I understood everything by the end of my visit. I had quality service from beginning to end of my visit. I feel comfortable returning to this location and would be very satisfied to have this doctor again. Thank you, Dr. Shaikh!

I received "PHENOMENAL" service from Dr. Shaikh. He explained in great details the service he was providing. He has excellent knowledge and compassion for the patients. The services were exceptional from start to finish.

Dr. Shaikh, Ms D and Lewis were very compassionate and concern about meeting my healthcare needs. I felt very comfortable. The environment was clean and friendly.

I highly recommend Downtown Urgent Care. Quality care and service is what I received.

I came in after a cooking accident and Dr. Shaikh treated a bad burn on my hand. He made me feel very comfortable and taken care of.

Awful. Either trying to scam insurance companies or sloppy and disorganized. Visited recently and was told I have a large outstanding balance two years in the making. I was never notified of a balance before this. Ever. Checked the paperwork and some charges are 100% bogus. I’ve been chaste for 19 years and apparently they thought I could be pregnant with Jesus because there was a $25 pregnancy test on the bill. An ultrasound too. I was told to contact billing because they couldn’t do anything about the charges. Billing didn’t bother answer their phone and I was trying every once and a while for hours.

I generally don’t mind the unprofessional staff. It’s downtown after all. But taking an attitude with me like I’m a thief or scammer and demanding for full payment, or swearing to set up payment arrangements, minutes before an appointment is ridiculous considering I had no knowledge I owed anything at all.

The visit itself was shockingly rushed. It was basically repeating back the questionnaire I just filled out. Only one of my health concerns was addressed and then it was over. The glassy-eyed teenagers at McDonalds do a better job paying attention to customers than this place does.

Seriously it’s okay as an urgent care place for a note to get out of work it nothing else. Watch your bill for bogus charges too. I honestly feel bad for my insurance company for having to pay anything. The visit was a complete joke.

The staff is very friendly and courteous! I came in on a Saturday and was seen right away. Was still having issues Sunday so I reached out via email and heard back in a couple hours only to find out that they are open Sundays. This is my new go to place when anything unexpected rises. I’d definitely recommend it!

1) Sunday 2-4pm, I saw no one else there (and my pickup was an hour late so I sat in the lobby and saw no one coming/going), after bracing my ankle, "checked" on me 10 minutes after. I told them it was very uncomfortable, they did nothing and left me in the room for 20 minutes. Then wheeled me out to the waiting room, on the way out I caught the doc to tell them the Orthopedist they referred me to was out of network, did they know of anyone else? , and that I still needed the x-ray disk.
2) Told my prescription would be called in to my pharmacy that night. Monday morning, call pharmacy: "we have no new scripts for you" call them: "we sent it over, we'll try again". Go to pharmacy at 4pm "we have no new scripts for you"
3) Tuesday morning at Ortho doctor appointment 20 miles away: "the x-ray disk is blank, we will not meet with you without x-rays" I made 6 calls to them which took over an hour: redirected to voicemails, being told the only thing I could do was drive over there for a new disk, being asked what type of computer system the doctor's office used, why I wasn't seeing the doctor they referred, fax numbers, emails etc. I told them they would be financially liable for the new x-rays.that got service: they emailed me the x-rays and faxed the report. I made them verify the information they were giving the pharmacy, which all seemed to be correct. My script was ready for pickup about an hour later.

It’s my go to place for the horrible migraines I experience. The staff (especially Ms. Angie) remembered me and immediately made me comfortable (no lights, TV off, etc.) the other staff is different each time I go but, still very nice. There’s nothing like a migraine cocktail to take my migraine from a 10 to a functioning 2. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Not Sketchy at all. (Like review under says) Took my baby there today, fast service (no wait) wonderful staff & doctor. My husband had been there once before & him too had a great experience. Thank you

Super sketchy. They have an online website for registration, which appears to be insecure, which has you enter a whole bunch of personal health info (at least the SSI field is optional). Then they say they will call you within an hour, or if you don't hear from them in that time frame, they give you a number to call them. I didn't hear within an hour, so I called the phone number provided. It just rang and rang and then went to an auto message that "this verizon mobile carrier is not available". It was a cell phone number.no voicemail indicating that this was a valid clinic allowing you to leave a message. Very strange. Don't trust.

This place is a dump. Then on top of it I waited over 2 hours before I finally got up from the examining room and walked out. 2 hours to wait for a sinus infection when there was no one in the waiting room so it wasn't like they were overwhelmed. Another patient in a room across the hall opened her examine room door and I heard her ask "excuse me do you know how much longer this might take, I'm in pain".

Unbelievable. Avoid at all cost.

I had to take my daughter here while we were in St. Louis on vacation. The care she received was thorough and the wait minimal. The staff definitely made an unexpected situation tolerable.

I was helped my a doctor and a student soon to become a doctor. They were very helpful, and understanding. I was seen quickly, and the prices are terrific. I would reccommend to anyone.

HORRIBLE experience! I would never go back. They were supposed to do an INR test, the lady didn't know how to work the machine properly said the INR was 2.5 then another person said no its 1.1 we ran it on the big machine and both were wrong! This is unfit care and could have caused a HUGE HEALTH risk.

I used their call a doc service. You pay $15 in advance and a nurse practitioner will call and have a phone consult, call in prescriptions drs not, etc.very convenient. Until they send a bill claiming you came in for an office visit. Not once, but all three times I've used the service.

Not only that but they sent a bill for $150 the first time, $250 the second and $150 the third. I must have been really sick that second time.

The staff is rude and beligerent when I've called.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. I interviewed for a job at this urgent care and was pretty much put down for being a registered XRay technologist and told anyone can pretty much do my job with no traing. But then was told how great I'd be so I can teach the other people there how to take the XRays. Needless to say I turned down the job. About a one or so later I had a patient come in to the office I work at for pain on something he actually went to this urgent care for and was told he had no fracture when he indeed had one and maybe they would have seen it if they had quality trained XRay techs working there. Needless to say I wouldn't send anyone to this place or any of the other locations. The state of Missouri also lets you continuing working as a physician when you haven't taken your boards but would you want to go to that doctor? So why would you want to that same thing for an X-ray tech or any other medical profession in my opinion.

Unprofessional! Never been to a urgent care with bad attitude and bad customer service! Soon as I walk in.the lady at the front desk has a bad attitude, no greet, no smile.went in @11 didn't get seen to 1: 00.walking towards the room and all the nurses on they phone, not doing a damn thing.sitting in the room, waited another 45mins and still didn't get checked on.had to be at work at 2: 30 so I had to leave smh.it really shouldn't take that long to be seen at a Urgent Care. Its sad to say but I hate going somewhere where a lot of African American people because they always have attitudes and don't ever want to do their job and it's so sad! I'm black and work in customer service.so sad and horrible smh
