Awful. Intake desk person rude, curt and borderline hostile. When it was obvious I was not quite understanding her instructions her exasperation was immediate. When I was asking pertinent questions her demeanor became caustic expecting an argument. Beyond rude. Once I understood I left. Reminded me of the cliche about how postal workers treat customers. Hopefully management will address this patient treatment issue with alacrity.
