The service team was on time and courteous. The waiting room was spacious, so we customers could sit far from each other to socially distance. After servicing was complete, the car was returned to me clean.

Tyler Baker is the man! Just purchased my very first vehicle from Ackerman (2014 Avalon) and he was detailed and fair throughout the whole process. If you want someone that you can trust and will set you up with a great deal, ask for Tyler!

I am always pleased with the quality of service I receive. Because of needing additional work on my car, I had to stay longer than anticipated. Rich kept me informed on the progress which was appreciated. Thank you for a clean, safe waiting area.

Compared to your other Toyota dealers, For service.this is the worse I have experienced.
Got here at 2pm for oil change and it's now 3: 30 and I'm still here.
Customers have come and gone, I'm still here.
Trying not to look at it from a personal standpoint, but it's very difficult.
#disappointed

Wouldn’t recommend
Salesman was very arrogant and short like he was in a hurry. Unwilling to negotiate and I was being very reasonable.
What happened to customer service?

The most friendly staff that always goes above and beyond! I recently had a screw go through my tire, I called them after they had stopped accepting customers for the day, and they told me to come in anyway. These folks have the hospitality that you’d expect from a small town body shop. I see them every few months for oil changes and they are great every time. Highly recommend!

Excellent, caring customer service. I needed a 12 V battery replaced for my Prius and a tire checked. I did not have an appointment but left the car there and was driven to work by their van driver. They kept me in the loop about progress and when I could not come in by 6, when service closes, I was told to go to sales to pay my bill. All was smooth, my car came back to me all clean and shiny and I felt like everything possible was done to make this a good experience.

I was extremely happy impressed with Heather assisting me in the service department. She was very helpful and took the time to explain my options and the car service that was recommended and needed to be done without being aggressive r insisting on services I didn’t want. She was professional courteous and efficient! I felt she knew my time was valuable. She made me feel important! I will not hestitate to return my car for service to Ackerman Toyota whenever the need arises. Thank you again

Before arriving I contacted Ackerman Toyota to make sure they do oil changes for cars that are not Toyota and I was told over the phone YES. Walked in for an oil change and was REFUSED service because the service attendant did not want to order the oil filter for my Honda Element citing it would take him TWO HOURS to get the part. I was planning on trading my Honda in for a Toyota. I'll take my time and money elsewhere.

Oil change went fine. Inspection identified several issues with the car, including fused bulbs, dirty air filters, etc.so far so good. What surprised me was the cost involved in changing small bulbs- 40 dollars/bulb to change a brake light bulb which takes 30 seconds. They showed me an estimate of 440 $ and I refused. Came home, purchased bulbs and filters off eBay. Watched YouTube videos and did everything myself. Spent 35 bucks in all. Never going there again.

As always, this routine maintenance visit was a pleasure. I think they actually finished sooner than estimated. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. They were very busy today, but they still got done very quickly. Just had an oil change and tire rotation today.

Fred and team deliver the best customer service in town! They truly care about their customers, spoiling my kids every time! I’ve been going to them for almost 17 years and they have helped me keep our 2 Toyotas in excellent condition. I can’t say enough good things about this team.

I've been taking my 2009 Toyota Camry to Ackerman Toyota for years. It's always very easy to get an appointment (if needed) when it's convenient for me. Everyone is always friendly & accommodating. Most importantly, they're trustworthy!

I took my Tacoma in for service as part of my service agreement. I was checked in quickly. The service was completed and my truck was ready when promised. All the people I talked to were friendly and helpful. Thanks for a nice visit.

Everyone from the service department to the sales team is always so friendly and helpful. And I drove away from my service feeling like my car is brand new.
