The work is done right, and Fred the Service Manager and his staff cannot be beat as far as personal service and making sure the job is done to your satisfaction. I knew I was making the right choice when I chose to buy my car at Ackerman and each time I go back for maintenance, I remember why. The service is outstanding and the people are so cheerful, king and helpful. I recommend Ackerman Toyota to everyone I know!
I got there and parked at service. When I went in I explained that I might not be parked in the right spot. They took my information and explained my wait time. They gave me future information about parking. I watched other's get the information about car care and maintenance. It was pleasant and everyone seemed happy with their services. I was in and out faster than expected.
Ackerman's service department is the friendliest bunch of guys I've ever had working on my car. They explain what they're going to do and give you an estimate of the cost up front, and get the work done fast. The only drawback is that the waiting room isn't very comfortable.
Good people, I trust them. They werewti find and resolve an intermittant problem. Great job guys! Now, it would have been the right thing to do to give me a loaner car after paying $30k and a couple months later, the drivers door lock does not lock correctly. That part, zero rating.
I could not be happier with my experience and my new Camry. Tyler was the best salesman I’ve ever dealt with. He made the entire process simple and easy. I live in the county and only stopped by Ackerman because I was on my way home from a business meeting, but am glad I did. My family will only be buying cars from Ackerman Toyota and Tyler Baker in the future.
Terrible service department. I was there last night for the first time and will never go again. I came with the intention to buy a preowned van but the salesman were standing with their arms folded and not giving any background on the car. Handed me the key and said be back in time because we close in 30 minutes. Like, seriously? Are you even in the mood to sell the car or go home? I’ve had much better experience at other Toyota dealers.
Great buying experience with Tyler and Finance Manager Dave - they worked together to go above and beyond to find us exactly the car we wanted at the right price.
They do good service, but you have to make sure to be clear with them about scheduling. If you drop off your car and plan to pick it up after the service is done, make sure they quote you a time to pick up, otherwise you'll get quoted 90 minutes for the service, come back two hours later to pick up, only to find they haven't started yet. If you wait in the waiting room, you will not run into this issue.
I owned a 2007 Camry Hybrid for 10 years and went to a different dealer for my maintenance service. Always had to make an appointment and planned to wait one - two hours. With my 2017 Prius Prime, I go to Ackerman Toyota for my maintenance service.no appointment necessary.as soon as I entered the garage, someone quickly asked for my keys, the service manager took my info and before I knew it my car was on its' way to the service department. In less than 20 minutes, it was done. From my purchase in October 2017 til now their Customer Service has been Outstanding! They truly put the customer first. They should teach other dealers how to do it.
