The reason Im only giving a one because I live there 2016-2017. Well for one the charge way to much for there Apt. And cops are at the Arbors constantly, cars get broken into, and windows broken in there vehicles all the time. And Management does nothing about the disruptive people that live in the complexs around you. The teenagers deal drugs all hours of the night.honestly I don't know why drug enforcement, and cops haven't raided and shut this place down yet. I'm not sure. Hopefully something is done sooner rather than later.
