Belfonte's Carwash, Kansas City MO

$12 wash gets my car very clean. I like the free vacuums and free towles to dry your car with. The vacuum has a very slender neck and can reach in spots a normal car wash vacuum can't. Worth the price!
The also offer memberships too.

I paid for the $20 wash and the front of my car didn't get clean. I pulled back around so they would allow me to go back through. When I went back through they gave me the cheapest wash instead of the one I paid for. I still had bugs stuck to my front bumper. I was planning on buying the month wash but not anymore. At least you get a "free" vacuum.

All you need is a separate lane for monthly membership members. It really sucks to have to wait on some joker fumbling around with the machine for 10 minutes trying to figure out how to use it.

Typical drive-thru wash. Clean and professional. Self-serve vacuums work great, but the floor mat cleaner was out of service.

Expensive and lacks of towels to dry vehicle. Better than washing your car at home but I just have to pass on this one.

Sick and tired of the cones in the fast pass lane. Asked the attendant about it and all she could say was "we put them there when we are slow". Makes sense. The car wash is usually pretty good other than the floormat machine always being out of service.

Absolutely fantastic job on my car! I haul dogs around every day and they got all the hair out, nose prints off the window, and made my car smell amazing. Will recommend and definitely keep returning!

Tunnel preps too busy chatting to guide me in today, didn't get all the bugs (or really try to). The location in parkville does a better job usually.

I got my car cleaned here today. I ordered the works for $28. It was supposed to include inside and out, along with tires. It turned out pretty good but I really had to touch it up outside on the mirrors and inside where the doors shut. The tires look great and the floor Matt's and vacuuming was great too. I'm happy with it but the wash it self didn't get it clean enough. The wipe down of the inside could've been more detailed as well. But not bad!

I've been going here every since they opened up about 5 years ago. I like using them. I also just bought my monthly membership too. I'm happy about that.

I have gone to all of the drive through car washes and Belfonte by far does the best job! I love it.

Car still had a ton of bugs on the bumper, hood, and windshield. The guy cleaned my windshield by hand. I asked him if that was it and he replied yes. So 10 dollars and I still have bugs all over the front.

Charlie’s in liberty will send you back through and American pride in Kearney gets the bugs off the first time through. I was disappointed in my experience at belfonte’s car wash, there are plenty of bug guts left on my car.

I went up to get my car washed yesterday and I have a darker gray colored vehicle and after I noticed when I got back to work from my break there was missed spots everywhere. By the time I got off work they were not open anymore and I called the next day this Saturday and they told me there was nothing they could do and that I'd have to pay for another wash. Moral of the story why spend your hard earned money if this car wash cant even get your car clean? I'll continue giving the better wash my money at least they will get my car clean.

Exterior wash was great. The interior cleaning is another story. The did do a good job cleaning my floor mats but before I left I ended up vacuuming the seats and carpets due to they were only half way done. For the price I won’t be back

Had been happy with Belfonte's car wash. Usually get the 12 dollar with a guaranteed clean for 48 hours.

My disapproval comes with having bought a book of 4 with 1 free. The gal did NOT tell me the guaranteed was NOT good with the booklet! They need to tell their customers these things. THINK one should be informed on the details upon purchase. Won't make that mistake again!

My car comes out great everyone time! Won’t wash any where else and the staff is so friendly! Wonderful experience overall.

Purchased “the works” $28. Dirt everywhere after the wash and interior cleaning. The girl that cleaned the windows did a good job. Barely waved a vacuum in the direction of my car, loose sand still right there. Console dirty, not really sure what they were doing. Complete waste of time and money. Poor standards at this car wash, would not recommend. I never write reviews, but this was bad enough to share.

***UPDATE LONG POST as of 01/16/17****

I was gifted a gift card from this location for Christmas with the sole purpose of applying the gift card towards their 2 months wash plan only to find out they wouldn’t accept my gift card! Wait what? ! So you’re saying you won’t accept your own gift cards? I explained that the balance of the gift card wasn’t enough to pay for the first month so I was more than willing to the remaining balance on my credit card and then they would have it on file for when they needed to charge it for the second month. They STILL wouldn’t accept my gift card. I would have been spending $50 out of my own pocket, twice as much as the gift card was worth but instead, they’d rather have an unhappy customer, refuse my money and future money, and have me write this negative review. Well so be it! I will spending my money for years and years to come elsewhere!

Sad thing is, I had this plan last year at this time and I was so thrilled with it I asked for it again for Christmas and then this happened.

The manager reached out to me this afternoon, not a day after I posted my original review. This impressed me, he asked that I come in to discuss an alternative to my frustrations. He offered up the idea to refund my gift card, a solution that was not presented the first day. This was it, this was all I was seeking.an alternative to the situation. I happily accepted the refund and immediately turned around and paid for the Unlimited Premium Car Wash Plan with my Credit Card. This is a perfect example of turning one customers frustrations into something positive. I walked away happy, my wife and I will continue to get our vehicles washed here solely based on this experience and the fact that their car wash washes our vehicles better than any other car wash in Gladstone and/or Liberty. THANK YOU! A 1 star rating to 5 stars in less than 24 hours. Kudos

Always a great car wash. They didn't design the vacuum lane very well, if every space is full there is no room to wait for an opening and not easy to turn around.

Bought the 2 month minimum $26 per month at the end of December. I will be cancelling after today. Car was filthy after it came out, the dryer also does not dry so there are water streaks everywhere and my driver door is now scratched (this car is my baby and I know every spot on it) from the brushes. I should have known better to go to a car wash that uses brushes. There is no way your car isn't going to eventually get scratched by picking up debris off of other vehicles. I'm sick over this.
