Belfonte's Carwash, Kansas City MO

Just went threw the car wash on North Oak. Felt like I didn't get the wash I paid for. Called the manager he told me they got out of order. So the premium wash I paid for someone else received and I got the cheepest wash. I informed him that when they are busy it seems like you don't get the same amount of soap and other cleaners. He told me they don't change things when they get busy. You get the same wash. Then he told me they speed up the line to get everyone threw. Isn't that changing the wash? If you speed up the line you don't get the wash you paid for. So beware of this car wash is busy you do not get the same wash you would of they are slow.

I'm pretty picky about my car (waxing, claybar, etc) and prefer to wash my car by hand. However, I go through an automatic car wash from time to time when it's super cold out to get the salt off.

This car wash usually leaves some dirt under the spoiler and near some of the odd shapes on my car (WRX hatchback) but I can live with that. Unfortunately, the last time I went through this wash it put a huge amount of scratches into the sides of my car. I'm going to have to do a ton of compound / polish work to get these out. Can't say I'll be back and I can't recommend this place to anybody that cares about the condition of their paint.
