Wow! I worked for Ace Hardware for 10 years, not this store. Never have I experienced an Ace that every employee was rude and or having the worst day of their lives and spread it on a customer. It does not cost anything to smile. A simple key cut should not have taken as long as it did. And that was just waiting to be taken care of. I do not and will not recommend this Ace. I love Ace. I'm loyal to my dying breath to the company. But this particular one needs an employee purge. Remember the name: Brandt's Ace Hardware and go out of your way to avoid it. Ugly service indeed.
