Burger King, Raytown MO

The food is good and hot. The drink selection is unsurpassed, if it comes in regular, they also have diet. They have some new employees, so there can be confusion as to orders and getting your food may take some time. Specials are great buys.

I've been going to this particular Burger King at various times. I have to say they have not disappointed once. I hope that they continue the service that they provide which is fast friendly service. I plan on continue to go there I'm hoping that they keep up the good work.

Still have your dining room closed? Rather than making people wait in a drive through line for a pickup order how about you open your doors like every other restaurant in Raytown so people can get in and out.

I have had an issue every time I come. I haven't been in 6 months until tonight. BIG MISTAKE! When ordering I asked for the food to be hot. (You should not have to ask for the best quality) The cups had soda all down the side of them. When the manager handed me the food, I asked her was it hot? She said yes. She lied. I wish this location would have better management and get their stuff together.

Pulled up for door dash and all employees were outside. Told them I had an order for Door Dash and was told that they didn’t do it when in fact they did

While ordering through the drive thru this morning, I was told to hurry up and order by the employee on the other end! After asking one question, how rude!
This was at 6: 30am how rude and I will be making a report to your corporate office!

Very rude staff, food old/cold. Place looked very dirty if you can hold out I'd suggest going to another place to eat. I do not recommend.

This is a pretty good Burger King. They usually get your order correct. The line moves pretty quickly too.

Service was fast. It is good to offer $5.00 meals boxes. This would be very helpful to individuals that are short of cash, the lower price meals with small fries and drink feeds a hungry person pretty good, especially children.

Got my order all wrong. Charged me for lettuce when I said no lettuce. Gave us chicken nuggets instead of chicken strips. And no barbecue sauce that I asked for. Just horrible.

Had a big order, everything came out well but the manager was a bit rude to her employees. Sometimes its not about the speed but making sure the orders are correct.

I repeated my order twice that I wanted 2 sausage, egg, and cheese sandwiches I still ended up getting bacon.

Even after the fire and the remodeling, don' waste your time. This has to be the WORST BK in town.

It is now two years after the last post and the service is much better, still not perfect but much better

I'm not really fond their burgers. Something about that flame broiled burger that don't taste right to me

Bacon cheeseburger was ok, but onion rings were slightly cold. Staff was great as usual. I will eat there again.

All the tables/booths were dirty while no one was busy, and the people behind the counter kept whistling and snickering at my boyfriend and I but the food was decent

Stopped for breakfast and i waited for 5 minutes in the lobby and nobody acknowledge me and there was 2 people behind the counter and 1 person in the lobby so i guess they didn't want my business so i had to go to work without any breakfast and i will be telling all my friends not to go there for breakfast if i could give it a lower rating i would give it a -5 and that is being generous i hope others read this

Right when I went in I felt like I was in a fast food place. They only verified this by bringing my food really fast. I was trying to stage my wedding proposal somewhere classy. Didn't feel like a queen at all. King dropped the ball.

Visit #4 to this location. I was waited on promptly. Unfortunately I waited 10+ minutes for two spicy crispy chicken sandwiches. Neither sandwich was remotely fresh.

Just a burger King but pretty quick compared to other fast food places in raytown. They always have a ready smile.
