Burger King, Raytown MO

WOW. Just went through the drive-thru it’s 3: 10pm on Wednesday May 16. The woman working the driveway was chatting up a storm with one of her fellow employees. Talking “ghetto”, then took another order with her headset still on. I was confused at first, not realizing that she was speaking to someone else. When I asked if she was speaking to me she snapped at me & told me to wait, like a Bon-Que-Que skit.seriously BK? This is the real life King Burger & I don’t want you to take my order.

No stars. Was told they were doing shift change and would open in 15 minutes. I waited almost 30. Never an answer at the drive thru. Guy that did finally talk to me was rude.

This Burger King is pretty standard. Not especially friendly service, nothing different about the food than any other BK. The neighborhood isn't the greatest and sometimes the other customers are rude, but that's not the restaurant's fault. If you like Burger King, this one will get the job done.

Every other time I come in. I have issues. Thankfully for Elijah.everything was handled cool calm and collected in regards to a disagreement I had with this establishment. This young man's customer service is top notch and he deserves a raise and a promotion.

Horrible service very unclean restaurant and you can't get your order right within a reasonable time staff is too busy talking with each other or texting them playing on their phones would definitely not go here again

One of my favorite places to eat now that they have the Bacon king. Only bad thing is you cant rely on this location to ever have a full freestyle machine.but they can usually make your combo behind the counter.

I just spent 22 minutes in the drive thru. I was the 5th car in line. When I finally got to the window, my order was wrong. Perfect place if you need to kill some time.

Burger King on 350 hwy in Raytown MO is the worst. It's always something wrong. They run out of meat, the visa machine isn't working so you have to pay in cash, the register is down so you have to pay with exact change.

Once I went there and the young man told me that he was there by himself and couldn't serve me food at all because there can't just be one person there. (I totally understood) the assistant manager arrived with a bonnet ob her head like she had just got out of bed and outlet beside me in the drive through and yelled past me while at the drive through window to tell the employee to open the door for her. I was shocked. The ice cream machine is down more than it is running.

I can't ever get in contact with anyone in their corporate office. They have never returned any of my calls. They are a franchise so they don't care about their customer's. My order has been wrong or csomething left out completely on number of times.

I bought a BACON king and they didnt even put bacon on it. I didn't have time to go back and have it fixed either.

We visit here anytime we got a coupon but if there's no cooping we don't come here I don't like it when there's no pooping because the prices are just too high without them but every now and again we get one of those buy one get one free Whoppers in those wipers are tasty but they don't ever melt the cheese why can't you melt cheese on a Whopper is it impossible can it not be done can NASA figure this out please?

Were supposed to be open 24 hours a day but when going through the drive thru guy came on and said that they close down for 2 hours at night to get ready for next day! Makes no sense

They're really trying, compared to what it was. Don't eat out offend but my last 2 visits here were fast and the food was fresh, fries were so good! Cashiers are always friendly.

I always love the king. Usually get the same thing. Pretty consistent. Service could be better but cant ask for much from cheap fast food

A good place to get a burger, their specails are pretty good, issues with staffing can make service an issue from time to time, but I guess it's to be expected when you employ mostly teenagers

I have been really pleased with this location the past few times we stopped in. The employees are friendly they get our order right. Haven't ate inside but the drive thru is great.

Horrible service never got the order because there were two cars in the drive thru when it was my turn they interrupted my order I had a large order and they told me to hold on when they came back I had ordered two fish combos number 14 they only had one on the order when I told them they should should have had two they told me I couldn't put it on my order so I told them if I can't put it on the order I do not want the order so the manager comes over and says that I cannot add it to my order so I told her I did not want it if I can't add it to my order they should have had on my order the first time then she said bye and slam the door So I will not be visiting that location ever
