Worst place you can possibly go to. I swear, this place is ran by a bunch of toddlers that just like shiny toys! So if you're into that kind of thing - buying a hot wheel from a small child. Or even better, having your car repaired by a group of small children - This is the best place for you. Like literally anywhere else would be better than this place.

Don't get a car here. They dont understand life and people that struggle. They say they help you but they only give what they feel you deserve not what you want. When covid happened and things shut down they also shut my car down for non payment 3 times on our second car purchase Want a car go to CARMART.we have a truck through them almost last year and no problems been late 3 times not by choice!

The people that left good reviews must have gotten them on a better day. Them being short staffed led to us getting our time wasted for 3 hours and it’s not even fully the staffs fault, they just need more employees. Not a good experience

Carhop is refusing to release my car to me until I make the payment which is completely fine. I have the money in my account. My issue is it's been going on 5 months and I'm not paying it until it's fixed. It was supposed to be done four days ago. The branch manager has told everyone to stop talking to me about my car except him. This is completely ridiculous.
The shop nor carhop answers my calls anymore. I've filed a BBB complaint. It's not like it's been a few weeks. It's been five months and the branch manager, Matthew is refusing to do anything except force everyone to stop communicating with me.
Never finance a car through this place. They're terrible
***I'm not taking this post down til it's fixed and I'll release all the recordings and threats of them saying they will sue me and everything for just wanting my car done. It was supposed to be done 4 days ago!

Wow! Saw a car we liked on the lot, went in and salesperson didn’t even greet me, but proceeded to tell me how there was a very slim chance I could qualify for the car I wanted. Mind you she knew NOTHING about me at this point, not even my name. Said that very few people that came in would qualify for that car. Well we filled out the paperwork anyway, now 2 1/2 weeks later we haven’t even been contacted back. Stopped in today as the car is still sitting there. Doors were locked, said back in an hour. Came back and doors still locked, several people waiting and staff was coming in and out another door but no one would unlock the door, or even address waiting customers (this is a Saturday afternoon). Finally left and tried to call instead. No one would answer, and no opportunity to leave voicemail. Seriously some of the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered.

Best service I could of hoped for.

I've "talked" to multiple people via email and they are all like robots. Incapable of responding personally and repeat the same things over and over again. It should be simple to answer a question about trading in a car but apparently not with these people, they just want you to go in there or else they won't respond to questions.

I recently bought a Chevy Tahoe from here big mistake big mistake this thing is falling apart they refused to fix it take it to mechanic and they told me this vehicle was unsafe to drive and carhop has done nothing about it so if carhop has screwed you over please PM me because I’ve been talking to a lawyer and we have a lawsuit against them they refuse to fix my vehicle back threaten to turn it off when I have been caught up on my payment you are worthless and should not be in business
