CarHop Auto Sales & Finance reviews
26Absolutely awful! Debra only approved me for 2 cars on the whole lot and they were crappy and expensive 9 grand for an early 2000s minivan
I got a car from this place I am giving the 1 star bc diane was very nice and polite but the car was junk. When took back the next day Ryan wasn't even willing to work with me to get me into a car that wouldnt leave me stranded on the side of the road all he was willing to do was get me out of the contract. I do not recommend getting a vechile from this place at all! If you choose to then be careful and make sure it is a car worth your money.
Sd i was approved, online. Not true, spent, way too much on their computer, with questions, i in no way, could honestly answer, dates of places i lived in last 5 years, dates and adresses. I had 1000 to pay down, i have ss income, and babysit for cash. Then red flags came up, cars they were selling, i wouldnt park in my back yard. Being married to a car salesman for 12 years, they were tradeins of very low value. And last but certainly not least, seen car drive off lot, then called 30 min.later, wouldnt start. Went to a reputable car dealer, bought a fairly low mileage, car only 5 yrs old. Thank God and Greyhound i left
They showed complete courtesy and utmost respect in helping find the best car for me while going out there way to help me out
I'm reading some of these reviews and I'm not exactly sure what they're talking about.you have the option to skip a payment if needed as advertised (or defer your payment as its proper term is) I have not been approved for a car. HOWEVER it's my own fault. I work through a temp agency and all they've asked fort 4 weeks of consistent work time because in all honesty no company wants to finance a car to someone whose job may not may not be permanent.and they will put me in a car. Ryan, THE MANAGER HIMSELF.does everything in his power to get me 100% taken care of.
