I would give it a 5 star rating however our AC leaked horribly.to the point the floors in our room was soaked. I called to the front desk and their only reply was "yea that happens". I was honestly pretty flustered about that response. I will say the waterpark was cool and the kids did have fun.

Waterpark was decent yet smaller than imagined however the kids enjoyed themselves. Would have given a higher rating but due to the very nasty attitudes and the way the lifeguards talked to the kids. I would not recommend visiting here if you unless you dont mind hearing your children and other children being yelled at like animals for moving too slow exiting slides or simply existing.

I'm giving the hotel a 3 stars only because my girls 2 and 3 loved ther waterpark. Otherwisw, i'd give it 2 stars. The room was nice, nothing extraordinary though. The girls loved the bunk beds, however they were extremely disappointed the tv in their little room did not work, but overall the room was ok. Breakfast was another story. 12+ was $6.99,11 and under $3.99, little kids are free. The breakfast included eggs (a little bland), potatoes, biscuits and gravy, (hubby said biscuits were super soft and fluffy), pancakes and cereal. A 10 oz bottle of juice is $2.25, and a 14 oz bottle of chocolate milk is $2.29. Weird thing is this.all plates and milk for cereal are behind the counter. You hope everyone asks for a new plate when they go back to get more food. The restaurant employees were nice, but the whole staff looks unprofessional, i'f you're not going to provide uniforms then have everyone wear a white shirt and black pants, or something like that. Ther lobby had no signs at all, so if you walk in and the employee is on the phone, you have to wonder around and figure out how to get to the elevators or wait until they hang up. The front desk staff died not provide information, I had to ask about the pool, food, breakfast, etc. Iin my opinion place needs new management, heavy training on customer service, then move on to doing updates and customer friendly location.

Very disappointing. Only cold water in bathroom sink, no toilet paper, light bulbs in lamps burnt out, women's restroom/shower in main building was disgusting. Old, paint chipping. Wi-Fi is not in individual rooms. Restaurant was closed in July except for a $8.00 cold breakfast buffet. Most certainly not worth the money.

WORST experience I've probably ever had at a hotel! Glen (manager) /Staff was insanely rude, anything you asked was automatically "NO". When we got to our room, it was very dull for $200 a night! TV flicked on and off, we had ZERO towels in our room, towel rack fell of the wall, the faucet in the bathtub just went in circles, hot water would work for. 5 seconds then turn ice cold! Sheets on inside out, trash in the night stands. The couple next to us lost their AC at 1 am and where told staff would attempt to locate a fan, but they weren't getting their money back. WE WILL NEVER BE BACK TO THIS DUMP! Do yourself a favor and spend your money somewhere else! We will be going to The Welk from now on! Not sure how this place is even in business anymore!

We called and reserved 2 adjoining rooms. They booked us for 2 rooms that adjoin but not to each other! Really we needed to specify they need to adjoin to each other? ! Why would we want two rooms that dont adjoin. They gave us 10% off for the mix up. Water park is really for the younger teenagers and small kids. Someone advised us to not pay for the breakfast cause it isn't very good. Beds are pretty comfortable and the kids loved the bunk beds. If you get towels at the water park just say they are all for adults because the kids towels are the size of hand towels.

Came there mostly for the indoor pool and they ended up shutting it down for a week due to “maintenance” They also charged us for a crappy breakfast. Not pleased.

This definitely is not the Resort you think it is. Waterpark is rusty, lazy river is 2 ft deep maybe. I definitely will not be back. I will spend my money at a different water park that is cleaner. If you choose to stay here, be sure you stay in the building that has the waterpark in it. Otherwise you will be in the ghetto.

I got a package for 135 total and got charged 212. Terrible service and wouldnt return my money. Their excuse was that they couldnt give my money back because they already charged. Please dont ever come here. My experience was just terrible.

Hands down best hotel ever. The waterpark was a clever idea and was so much fun for kids of any age. The rooms were really nice, the location very accessible to other attractions. I don't understand why people would go for more expensive hotels she. This one was perfect for family's and for singles and was so close to everything in downtown Branson.

The staff acted like they hated their job and one of them was sleeping on the job at the water park. I definitely wish there was a microwave in the room we stayed in. Other than that I had pretty good sleep and the water park was very fun.

Water park was great for the kids, but room was old, dirty and smelly. Our shower was backed up and had to wait for maintenance to fix it. Very nice maintenance guy. Front desk staff not friendly nor helpful. Would only stay here if you have kids that enjoy the water park.

Over pierced. Wouldn't give a pierce over the phone online 75 dollars less than we paid. Front desk staff was not helpful at all. Gave keys to some else's room and then gave room keys that didn't work to another. Cover was missing on the pull in outlet. Handicap bar in the shower was broken. On the upside kids enjoyed the waterpark. So I would say stay somewhere else and pay the 12 dollars to use the waterpark.

A little run down but still nice for the price. It also has a lazy river inside on the second floor.

It's ok. The rooms are a bit run down, the cover for our air conditioner fell off when I touched it, and it leaked. The pools were ok, but I hit my head hard on the yellow slide. For the money, I wouldn't recommend it really. We used the waterpark for 2 hours and the kids were done.

The resort is a little dated and needs some updates/repairs. I do have to give props to housekeeping on the overall cleanliness. Breakfast was disappointing though not very expensive. The waterpark provided a lot of fun for our grandkids. The lifeguards were doing training while we were staying there which was good to see they stay updated on certificates and training. The staff we interacted with had good customer service.
