Such a fun place! Pickle ball is super fun no matter your fitness level or prior knowledge of the game. We had a great time with our group tonight! Highly recommend! Hope they open one in OP.

I had an overall good time here. The reason it is getting four stars and not five is a combination of slow service when we ordered our food and that if you don't reserve a court, you are hard pressed to get any games in when lots of people are there.
Otherwise, It was a great experience as I had never played pickleball before. The food was very good and there was a good variety to choose from. Same goes for the drinks. Staff was friendly and inviting. To avoid some of the rush, I would go during the weekdays during the day if you can.

$15 buck for a half a chicken and some tots. Brought out a quarter chicken and tots. You think charging that much you get the order right the first time! Chicken was ok but knowing I could have gotten 3 Costco chickens for what I paid for one here probably won't be back.

Great food and fun activities. Not just pickleball, but also GIANT battleship and corn hole. Great for an after work gathering or celebrating something with friends.

Great place to enjoy some outdoor games, pickleball, food and drink. We rented a court for an hour then had dinner. It was pouring rain when we were there and some of us were way better at pickleball than others but it was fun.

Very cool spot. Came for a work function and didn’t know what to expect. Clean, good drink choices, indoor courts and smoked foods cooked right there is more than one reason to hang out here. The chicken was delicious.

My overall experience wasn't the best, the food wasn't the greatest, I had the "Tres Tacos (Chicken) " and they for sure were nothing special. Their beer selection is decent, but my biggest problem with the place is, I ordered the tacos and two beers, and walked about 8/10 of a mile back to my truck (I'm a truck driver). And I wasn't going to be leaving until the afternoon the next day, so I decided to check out some of what Kansas City has to offer. But anyways, my bill was about $20, which was really good so I left a $10 tip, about 50% tip. Well I decided since I wasn't leaving until later I'd go back and grab one more beer, I got back there 10 minutes BEFORE closing. And they wouldn't serve me, period. The same guy that had served me prior, mocked me and said there was no way that I just walked almost a mile back (after I literally left him a 50% tip), when I looked around everyone had full beers which meant that he just got done serving everyone else, I talked with another customer and she said she had just got hers. And I politely asked the guy for one more, he just walked away nodding his head. My biggest problem is I always tip really well, with no expectation of anything in return because most of the time, I never see any of the people again. But I gave him a large tip, and in return got mocked and ignored. Thanks Chicken N Pickle for the great service from Kansas City. The guy that served me was a skinny white guy with darker hair, and glasses. I'm not going to be going back if I'm in Kansas City, that's for sure.

Food was good, but they leave the doors open allowing flies inside the building. It is difficult to enjoy your food with flies buzzing around.

It was confusing as a first time visitor where to go to order food and drinks.

Fun place, good place to people watch, been to restaurant 3 times, rotisserie chicken is killer, fried chicken is dry, today oil for frying tasted burnt

The atmosphere is always SO fun, it's why I keep giving it so many chances but the food is not good, every time. So, now I eat before I go and hang out. Fun time!

This restaurant is a blast. It’d be perfect for a first date because there’s more to do than to sit there and drink and look at each other. There’s “pickle ball” which looks an awful lot like small court tennis, there’s a bunch of bean bag toss games set up, along with some other games, all in an open air setting, surrounded with picnic and high top tables. There is an indoor restaurant where you go to get your food. You stand in line and order your food at the counter where they open a tab for you. Then you figure out where you want to sit and they’ll bring your food and drink refills right to you. They have some really tasty cocktails (that seemed a bit low on alcohol) and the food was friggin fantastic! Everything we had was really good. We especially liked the street corn which was served the traditional was with the white mayo-like stuff, cheese crumbles and hot sauce. The chicken was juicy and tender, beans were meaty and wonderful. The big old biscuits were served with both honey butter and honey and were all crunchy around the edges and puffy and soft in the middle. They are big and they’ll tell ya that they’re big enough to share but you won’t want to. Get yo own! I had a fried chicken cobb that was craveable. It had all of the stuff you’d expect to see but also surprises like artichoke hearts.
Honestly the only thing that kind of sucks is the parking. Their lot is tiny. We had to park on Armour Rd. But, oh well. My family had a blast and will definitely be back.

Chicken. Chicken! Variety of chicken meals to choose from! Super flavorful, moist and juicy! Adults will love it, kids will definitely love it.

Very different from the "normal" restaurant, but food was great! Our waitress was funny and made the visit enjoyable. Can't wait to try it out when it comes to Wichita!

I went for the first time last night and it was by far one of the cooler spots in KC. It's out of the way but you need the space for everything they offer. My favorite part though was how organized the staff are. Most had headset and were communicating all night. These guys have it figured out. Great spot for all ages.

Awesome establishment, lots to do for everyone in the family and pickle ball is a blast. If you're looking for entertainment this is the place to visit!

Fun social environment that's great for work or family activities including ping pong and big Jenga (?). It's difficult to have a bag time there!
