Slowest employees. They’re rude and incompetent. They need a manager in this place. No one knows what they’re doing.
My bowl was really good! Husband burrito was so full kept falling apart, but still so good he ate it all! Great atmosphere.
Most of the staff was great but this one lady was just down right disrespectful and kinda creepy, not gonna lie.
Delicious, great service proper social distancing without feeling like it was weird. The service was outstanding as well. Not your average restaurant definitely a step above and reservations required.
Standing outside with 17-18 other people. Food promised at 7: 45. Now it's 8: 21. No way to get a refund.

Used to be my go-to place before COVID but not a single employee (and they were all handling/preparing food) was consistently wearing their mask properly. Either pulled down under nose, or pulled completely under mouth.
Great service each time I'm there. Staff rotates frequently (approx. Every 6 months) but I've never had a bad experience. Just don't get too attached to your local burrito guy. (miss ya Kevin!) Keep up the great work guys!
I always enjoy eating here. It's a rare thing that just one burrito can fill me up! My friend actually got his fill with just the kid's taco meal. One of my favorite things is that they will make a complete mess with all the sour cream that I request lol. They can rarely fold my burrito properly, which I my way of positivity judging them! BTW, no upcharge
It's Chipotle. It gives people food born illnesses and we keep going back like its Sunday Mornings and we need to repent. It is that good.
This was my first time going to a Chipotle and I was very impressed. The food was amazing! The burritos are huge and the bowls are packed to the brim. Would highly recommend it!
The most consistantly understocked store I've ever been to. This time they were out of chips and weren't making more, and I believe I got the last scoop of chicken in the bin. I didn't see any more being prepped.
I'd rather make the journey to the Creve Coeur location just for consistency and proper stock.
Only positive is they make good sweet tea and the staff is usually nice enough.
Always good Food. Servers always question why don't I want anything on my tacos besides tortilla, meat, Pico de gallo, and lime juice. Because I AM Mexican, and that is the way you have your tacos! One day they will learn, meanwhile I love their tacos if the make them the way I ask them to.
Food is always fresh, and whenever there has been an issue with the dining are, it was immediately addressed upon informing the management. You can tell they care about their location’s reputation.
The employees are always prompt to wait on customers and very quick with getting food prepared.

I generally get good service here, but what’s the point of ordering with the app if it’s not ready and I still came in late? I’m more disappointed that it would have been faster for me to order in person because the people that came in after me got serviced first before they started on my order.
We come here most Wednesdays after my son's cello lesson. It is always clean and the staff very friendly. One of the walls has a wooden facade with various diameter circles cut into it. I always enjoy the sight of that wall.
My first visit so my expectations were for more variety. Location was clean and staff was friendly. Not the best choice if you're on a low carb diet. Not low cost either. I had a bowl with the steak, a rather paltry amount. I had to pay extra for both quac and queso. So after getting some sour cream, sprinkle cheese and lettuce, I payed way more than necessary for what little I got. No beans, no rice, no salsa. There was no effort to add a tiny bit extra of anything to make up for all the items I couldn't have. I guess that's the new way of doing business. Don't do right by your customers, but hope they'll come back anyway. Overall not bad, but nothing special. It's ok if you're overly hungry and don't feel like cooking. I'm sure I'd have enjoyed it more if I could have eaten what I wanted. That mistake was mine. I probably won't be back, but YOU enjoy it.
