Chipotle Mexican Grill, St. Louis MO

This is the best one. Mia and Chris are two particular employees who know the perfect portions and don’t waste time completing your order.

Almost always good, the service is usually very good. Sometimes you have to wait on your meat or rice, but overall very good store.

Service is always fast and friendly. The best part is that the food is clean, and healthy. No added sugar, gluten-free options, and no chemicals.

We ordered some catering from this Chipotle and the customer service was fantastic with Devin, manager, taking care of us for our party needs! If you ever need catering for parties they are dependable.

Place is usually crowded. The staff was very nice and patient. I've ordered through the app a couple times for pickup and each time the food was made or even being prepared at the slotted time.

The worst Chipotle location I've visited in this city. Terrible staff, food is not prepared well, the tables were dirty.

This location, like the Chipotle brand, has gone downhill. Great staff, but underwhelming food presentation / preparation.

Really dirty. Food on all the tables, trash on the floor, no clean seats to sit at. Trash is overflowing so you can’t throw stuff away

Location is a little rough. Can be tough to get in and out during busy times of the day. They also tend to get busy over lunch so plan accordingly.

Chipotle is fine as usual, but the location can be very sketchy. Parking lot isn't very well lit, basically hidden from the main road, several people begging and harassing patrons of the shops. Sad to see in this area.

Love chipotle but this location continues to disappoint me, I usually order the salad but either they are out of lettuce or I'm checking out and they forgot to tell me they're out of the dressing. Portions are served smaller too, not the standard I am use to at other locations. Honestly going to start driving to a further location.

Employees are ALWAYS pleasant and they actually remember me I love that due to the fact that I don't go on a daily!

Great experience here. Willing to make the hidden menu "Quesarito" for me. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Food was delicious.

U guys need to get on your workers at the 170 @ Hanley location. It says a lot about a restaurant that doesn't even bother to clean up after the work day is done. The inside was unclean as well but instead of cleaning the place up before it opened all of the employees were just sitting around eating. Poor management Chipotle, very poor.

I've eaten from many Chipotles in my time, and this was one of the best. Bright, clean, good service. A+

First time at this location. Tasty, but portions were significantly smaller than the other two that I frequent. Doubt I'll be back.
