First visit today. Came in without an appointment and was helped immediately. Needed to remove the dip I had applied 3 weeks ago at another salon and wanted to try gel. My technician was Hien. She used sterilized tools (super important). She didn't rush, was very gentle and detailed. I could not ask for a better end result. All employees were happy and professional, and the salon was clean. Would recommend:).

What really aggravates me about this salon is that everytime I set an appointment with this place I still have to wait a long period of time to get my nails done. First off when I called to make an appointment with the usual person I go to, they said she would be off. I walk in today and she’s there working (I decided to let that go). On top of that, I waited 30 mins while WALK INS were assisted before me. It would different if I had set an appointment with a certain person, but I did not. So that was really the icing on the cake for me. I won’t be returning. Waste of time for me.

Nona did an excellent job. She paid excellent attention to everything. I got almond shape, which is a shape I struggle to get in St Louis and she nailed it! The ambiance of the salon is also very nice - Its more modern than a lot of the others In the area. Conveniently located but parking is a little limited. They do charge for gel removal.

I am so happy with the service. It's crowded on the weekends, but the wait is never too unbearable. The technicians here pay careful attention to detail. I would most definitely come back to this nail salon again.

$55 for sns french which did NOT include an actual manicure: cleaning of cuticles etc. My original nails were not filed and were growing out. On day 2 of my nail job the pointer finger had cracks and lines in it. When i called, they said they would fix it. When i asked if it will be free of charge, she said it depended on the fix. I was super agitated and did not want to deal with it. Today is 8 days since i got my nails done and all the nails have lines and fractures.

My favorite place to get my nails done, and my fiance’s favorite place to get a pedicure. All the ladies that work there are super nice and always do an amazing job!

Very nice salon. I called and made an appointment without a problem. When I arrived, my wait was less than 5 minutes. The receptionist gave me a basket of nail colors while I waited. Even though it was crowded, it was still pleasant. Everyone was in a seat and being served. Mimi did my nails and I will definitely be going back to her again.

Got a fill-in (already has acrylic nails on and essentially got them re-done) and they are a lot thicker than I would’ve liked and also not the same lengths

Terrific atmosphere. Great techs. Nice vibe. Good selection of colors. A bit pricey but I'll definitely be back.

Love this nail salon! Just moved to St. Louis from San Francisco, CA and think I have found my spot. This place is clean, service is excellent and is seems as if everyone is treated well. I have only been 3 times and have left with an outstanding manicure and pedicure each time.

They did a great job; they always do! It's worth the wait, or you can make an appointment and have no wait at all.
They knocked this pedicure out of the park. They always have so many fun colors with great names!

This nail salon cannot tell the difference between appointments and walk ins. I have had multiple appts for a specific time and I get there in time. Usually I sit there for at least 30 mins until they actually get me in. They never have chairs open. If there is an appointment they should tell walk ins that they have appointments and they are going to have to wait. I do not suggest going to either if their locations.

If I'm getting my nails done, this is the only place I want to go. I've tried other places and they don't hold a candle to Clayton Nail Spa. Clayton is above and beyond in their care, customer service, and quality that I've received at Clayton Nail Spa. They stand behind their service and strive to give you the best experience possible. (Their nail art is fantastic. I often bring challenging art to them, and I've yet to be disappointed in the finished product)

I had a good experience here. Just like the website says, they only have 4 parking spaces and when I went it was packed so you might need to park on the street and make an appointment. I got the deluxe pedicure and the warm oil manicure with gel Polish and my bill was $87 before the tip. I feel like my pedicure was pretty standard, but my manicure was great. They put my hands in bag with a cuticle softening solution in it. Then put my bagged hands in a heat pad which was nice. After the manicure, they do this again but with oil and lotion in the bag.

Always crowded. Either book in advance or arrive in a non peak-hour such as after work. The staff are always very friendly and there is a giant large screen TV in the middle featuring some type of show. What is preventing a 5-star review has that they always rush you in and out. If all you want is Quick Service then this is the place to go, but if you are looking for any type of pampering then you should book elsewhere.

This place is terrible they tried to rip me off make me double pay for services because their machines were down, and my nails chipped after 2 days for a 60 dollar nail service
