I’ve been going for awhile and the last few times have been lackluster. But today was the worst! I went in as a walk-in and upon being seated the nail tech said my nails were too short and wanted me to get fake nails. I was just interested in a dip powder for my real nails. She had a mini tantrum regarding not being able to work with “short” nails. She packed up her tools and I waited ten minutes for someone else to do my nails. The new tech did a complete rush job. I still have color from a previous paint job showing through the new color. My nails are uneven and you can’t even tell a manicure was performed.

Went for the first time 2 weeks ago and we made a reservation online only to find out that the online reservation was for their 2nd location. No where on the website for reservations was there an option for which location. When we got there they were kind enough to take us, the wait wasn't too long. However, my friend and I's nail technicians were rude and rushed through the dipping powder. The job was sloppy and the powder was not even on my nails, was bumpy and too much layered on. I expected much better for the price ($35) and how nice this location is.

I went to get a pedicure and manicure and the nail polish on my toes start to chip off in less than a week after getting them done (WHICH HAS NEVER HAPPENED BEFORE). I called the nail shop so they could fix the polish on my toes and they told me I had to pay again. My nail polish on my toes last at least 2-3 weeks without chipping. They have the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND I WILL NEVER GO AGAIN!

I do not recommend Clayton nail spa at all.
I came with two friends on a Monday night & my pedicure was 10 minutes shorter than that of my other friends (although we paid for the exact same one). The water was cold (even after I asked repeatedly for it to be warmer), and the pedicurist barely filed my nails or paid attention at all—she was just speeding to the end the entire time. She got up and left multiple times during the pedicure as well. Not at all worth $26 for <20 minutes of rushed inattention—I will not be back.
