Concentra Urgent Care, Kansas City MO

It was an alright experience overall. I went to take a pre-employment drug test and 2 of the techs left shortly after. There were 5 people in the waiting room and it took and hour. By the time I left the waiting room was full and some of the chairs were closer than 6 feet. Also, Apple Maps takes you way out of the way, I had to call for assistance.

I had a random drug screen for DOT and everything went great. I was in and out in less than an hour and the nurse was extremely polite and professional and I wish all my doctor visits went this smoothly. Thanks!

Very friendly and professional staff. Honestly the best experience I've had a pre-employment test site.

The staff was friendly, helpful and efficient. The wait time was minimal considering the number of people in the waiting room and once I was put in room the doctor came in almost immediately.

Everyone was polite and helpful helping find my way. The staff in Ste 300 was great and friendly.

Everyone was great from the front desk the Technicians and the Doctor. Everything went smoothly and quickly.

Test administrators are great. Front waiting area is a bit chaotic and disorganized. Otherwise had a good experience.

Came with husband today for a visit due to job! Lady at front was very nice! My husband went back said he had a horrible visit, not only was his nurse rude but the wait time was worse! His nurse not only was rude! But when he spoke to her she just looked at him, she didn’t respond I mean we did not feel comfortable at all! Didnt get her name but she is a bigger black girl with long hair! My husband is telling his job to send him other place! Next time! Its unfortunate patients get treated wrong due to rude people that don’t want to work there!

The wait is ridiculous I’ve been here for 3 hours no explanation or nothing. I’m starting to become irate! If I didn’t need a job I would leave

The wait time was good, and the nurse was fantastic but the doctor made me feel like she wanted me in and out as soon as possible. She didn’t listen to my symptoms and I ended up having to go to a different doctor to get diagnosed for the symptoms I had. I really wish she would have listened to me, because I spent a full week being sick and I could have gotten the medicine I needed much sooner.

Great service. Got the attention I needed to start feeling better. I will follow up with my PCP per the recommendation of the Doctor.

Fast and efficient my two nurses ronette and Bridgett was above and being amazing I would recommend this location to anyone.

My experience with check-in the people were very friendly my doctor was just awesome I wish she could be my doctor all the time I can't say more but they were the greatest best place I ever been to and I dealt with a lot of doctors I'm from Pasadena California Ken Rivers

Everyone was so nice and helpful in answering questions very prompt didn't have to wait long at all new what they were doing

Got there at 8 and was the third person in for suspected strep throat, multiple people who arrived after me were seen first, finally got in at 9: 30 which made me late to work. I figured 2 hours was enough for a doctor's appt.

They take a team approach to care. I've seen a doctor, physical therapist, and soon an orthopedic doctor all at their location at 200 Southwest Blvd. It's very convenient.

There is nothing “urgent” about this place. I waited 1.25 hrs to see a doctor and there was no one else in the waiting room for an urgent care visit. Would not recommend coming here if you value your time, because this facility does not.

They were very professional and I did not have to wait long. I came in a little panicked and they were able to help me calm down and feel more relaxed. I highly recommend Concentra!

Torrence and I had a deadline concerning his job insurance. Young lady, can't recall her
name got us both in and out. We had jokes, laughs and she offered snacks and drinks afterwards do to the fact that we had been fasting. She explained things clearly. I really appreciated her great customer service.

The women at this clinic are very professional and courteous. They were patient with me and offered all the assistance possible to make me comfortable. I was in and out in a timely manner. The office was clean. Really appreciate their kindness.
