Concentra Urgent Care, Kansas City MO

The front office staff is super nice. However Dr. Moran is a terrible physician. Her bedside manner is horrible to say the least. My concern is mostly with her skills in diagnostics.

Very clean, offers refreshments. I would give a whole 5 stars but the customer service at this particular location was sort of standoff-ish, didn’t like that so much but overall fast, convenient and clean.

The environment was pleasant and welcoming. All the employees were very costumer service friendly. And affordable if you do not have insurance! I recommend them definitely!

Impeccable service. I arrived minutes before closing assuming I would be turned away due to time restrictions. However, that was not the case. Despite technically being "closed, " they took the time out of their day to treat me. The staff was undeniably friendly, professional, and efficient. I will undoubtedly be back if any other health problems arise.

This review is for the kind woman working the front desk on 10/18/18. I was there for an employment pre screen. My kids were out of school so I had to bring them with me. I could not take them back for the testing but she was sweet enough to look after them, helped one clean up water he spilled, and even gave them treats. She didn’t have to do any of that and she did it without being asked. I couldn’t say thank you enough. I hope she knows her small kindness made a difference.
