Dunkin' Donuts, Liberty MO

Every time my friend and i go to this location the same guy is working! We always talk about how great he is at his job! He is friendly and hard working, plus the coffee is spot on every time.

Dropped in for a he first time in years. Got a crossiant wit sausage, egg, cheese and a coffee and a blueberry donut. Service was great food was good.

8am on a Saturday and out of frosted cake? !? I drove past Lamars to get to Dunkin. Don't waste your time. They are probably out of what you want.

This shop was extremely clean, and the staff were so nice and professional that I am willing to give this specific Dunkin' Doughnuts location a 5 out of 5. If your near and want a doughnut, or any other of their menu items go ahead and give them a stop and try them out.

Normally I love coming to this dunkin.
But I’ve been going at night the past few times and have ordered the Charli Cold Foam with is supposed to have cinnamon sugar as well on top.
Not only do I have to remind them and hand the drink back for the cold foam, but I don’t even get the sugar. Just drive to independence or north oak for your coffee.

Ok so I tried the unsweetened tea with sweet n low. It tasted like coffee. YUCK I can not have coffee and had to toss tea in the trash.

Best location out there. Management is top notch and I see most of the same employees from when I moved up here a few years ago. I stop by at least once a week. I appreciate the excellent customer service.

I went this early afternoon to the Dunkin off of 291. There was a miscommunication and a sandwich was missing. I went and let them know what happened and they took care of it immediately and gave me the sandwich and an order of hash browns for free for the wait. While I was expecting to pay for the sandwich, they surprise me with this. This location never ceases to amaze me with their customer service. Thank you!

Was treated very rudely by a woman whose name I didn’t catch. Trying to order 12 donuts while being rushed through it. Didn’t receive the correct donuts and not our hash browns either. Frustrated and disappointed.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I have been there two separate times. First time, as I was walking in, there were two workers out front smoking. They continued having a conversation as I walked in the door, and waited. After several minutes without seeing anyone, I decided to leave. Walking back to my car, one of them asked if anyone helped me, which I responded with "no". He turned to the woman and continued the conversation.

My next experience was on a Saturday morning, I walked in to order.there were several customers in the store sipping coffee and eating, with one group waiting at the counter for their order. I stood there for 5 minutes or more, with the employees looking at me as they walked around behind the counter, but without a single word being said. I decided this was the norm for this location and will not be going back.

I have been there a couple other times before these incidents, but it was the same type of customer service, with little to no acknowledgement of the customers. I will not being going back to this place again, I would prefer to get my coffee from the Quick Trip next door. At least they say something to you when you walk in.

Lady who answered the drive thru window was laughing to much to take my order.this had not been the first time this has happened.don't get me wrong. I love to laugh but at peak times.customers are usually trying to get to work and don't want to wait for someone to get their act together to get a order straight

Met an amazing lady there, always look forward to going to see her. I wish she didnt have days off so she would always be there. Until school starts again my friend.

I always get good service. The assistsnt manager there is always going above and beyond to take care of not only me but all customers. I highly recommend this location. I won't go any where else if I don't have to.:)

My wife and I decided to try Dunkin Donuts we ordered the bacon, egg and cheese croissant. Of course the were out of croissants we were told they would take 30 minutes so we got the English Muffin with the bacon, egg and cheese. We did not get a thank you or sorry for the inconvenience she just gave us the bag without saying a single word. That was the first and definitely the last time we go to the Liberty Dunkin Donuts.

The only issue in the liberty Dunkin Donuts I have is that Every time I come here morning or evening There're always out of chocolate Sprinkles donuts. Idk if their only allowed to make certain amount? But Hardly ever I have what I want.

Don't stop here unless you plan to spend too much time in a line.inside or in the drive thru.it doesn't matter. Staff is beyond slow and orders are rarely correct.

This location needs better customer service. It's the closest and most convenient coffee place to my house but i often am treated poorly when I go.

I'm a huge Dunkin fan, but I must say this particular Dunkin classically messes up orders. (Ask for bacon but you get sausage. Say no Jelly munchkins and get all Jelly, etc). Out of ten orders, I'd say six are correct.

It's almost become a family laugh. Still love Dunkin and doesn't keep us away, but I'd recommend checking your order before leaving.

This owner is a joke, can't pay his bills or vendors has tons of bills in collections and rips people off that do work at his store. Then avoids them and doesn't answer store phones. Don't do work for dunkin donuts blue springs or independence or owner Sai Jitta!

I ordered a chocolate iced donut and a maple pecan iced coffee. Got neither some powdered donut and a horrible cinnamon tasting iced coffee. How hard is it to get two things right when that's what you're known for? Coffee and donuts.
