Dunkin' Donuts reviews
29Over 15 min in the drive thru this morning, order was never taken. Drive thru has no exit once you're in it.
They are always willing to fix my order when they at first mess it up and they are very friendly there.
The staff is always friendly here. I'm obsessed with their coffee! If you are short on time, and there is a line, go somewhere else. It tends to take some time. We go several times a week for coffee and it's great.
Donuts were fine but stood in line for 10 minutes while one inside cashier struggled with an elderly ladies order and the other 6-8 staff members joked and watched and talked about smoke breaks. I watched two others walk out.
They never get my order right, either my coffee is correct and my sandwich isnt or its the other way around
Customer service is barely mediocre. Staff is nice but it's at least 5 minutes before I am helped and another 15-25 until I actually get my food which is rarely correct and seldom tastes even average. Worst DD ever. The Dunkin Donuts (called Dunkin Coffee) in Spain are WAY better. I highly recommend going to the DD on North Oak traficway in KC.
Staff is nice but they never have many donuts or fresh donuts. Usually 5 types of crusty old donuts. Some donuts are great but most are average. The sandwiches are burnt and often forgot key ingredients like bacon (when I ordered it). This location is the worst I've been to. The food also takes forever to take, every time a sandwich takes anywhere from 15-20 minutes and almost never is correct or fresh.
Blech. I was so excited when this place opened because I LOVE donuts! We got breakfast sandwiches, coffee and donuts. It was expensive, but I thought it would be awesome so I wasn't too upset by the price.until I tried the food. Terrible. If you want a great breakfast sandwich, head across the street to Hardees and if you want a truly amazing donut, go down the street to Lamar's.
